Dual Wielding is OK, but suffers enough in several spots that I am very distant from giving it a +1. Though it generally maintains plausibility, there are several moments of 'ehhh, not sure about that' or just 'nope'. On a technical level, the point of view jumps around like cat on a hot tin roof, which particularly impacts the fight scenes - and especially the biggest one, which pretty comprehensively failed to deal with its 10 combatants, IMO. The fight scenes generally could use stronger writing: not this author's high point, I think. And it looks like we have the same old Lily personality that I think every single 'fic using her has landed on, even with a few promised twists. (And, of course, using Lily at all dives right into quasi-canon).

That said, I'm still keeping an eye on it (not just because I gave the writer a 1k+ word review). It's not actually outright bad, just nowhere near as good as it ought to be.

So, there's no thread in the vein of "Help me find this fanfic", so this will do. Anyone remember a story with a Shirou/Saber tag team, in which they work for the Association, ride a bike, hunt DA's, and Saber somehow has Alter inside her head waiting to be unleashed, so she wears some kind of limiter gloves? My gut says Elf wrote this, but I don't remember if it was in old BL or was reposted here.

Why do so many people get hard-ons for Caster EMIYA? It's not like the class would benefit him given what we know of how the mechanics of base class stats work.

My Fanfics. Read 'em. Or not.McJon01: We all know that the real reason Archer would lose to Rider is because the events of his own Holy Grail War left him with a particular weakness toward "older sister" types.
They think "He uses magic to be awesome". So if he was in the class that was best at magic, they think he would be more awesome.
I am of the personal belief that the Tsukihime Remake is two years from release. It will remain as such until a release date is announced, at which time its actual release date is 6 months after that date.
Since he can maybe qualify it opens up the Archer class for use by someone else who couldn't be fudged into a different slot but the author wants to include in the same war as EMIYA? That's why I'd do it.
Ria Penn has Avalon, according to stat sheet.
What would you summon Lily as then? I agree with her personality being a bit odd, although Lily is pretty rare in fanfiction as far as I see it.

Much less serious, very flirty, doesn't use Excalibur, often revealed her gender to her people in life (though that last hasn't happened in the story yet, and I'm hopeful of it not happening). Putting aside that she's just a different skin for Saber from UC, I kind of get why people have looked at her appearance and decided she could be like that, but it gets me that there's essentially no deviation whatsoever in any of the 'fics I've seen with Lily.
Archer is the only obvious OC so far (or at least an OC within the Nasuverse - it's a proper Servant taken from legend), so it could be that. Still, I don't like Caster Emiya on principle because he's terrible at all magecraft beside derivations of UBW; it doesn't quite seem good enough compared to everything you presume a real HS qualified as Caster could be. But with a botched summoning I can allow it. A+++ prana is just insane, though.

I remember reading "yandere" Saber Lily once. It was quite amusing, at the very least.
I think she used Carnwennan as a yakuza/ganster switch-blade, though, which was just...yeah. I liked it a few times, I guess? ^^;
Interesting and had potential, and deviated from the stereotypical "flirtatious girly girl".
