Spoiler:
What Fate/Stay Night character are you?
Kotomine Kirei
You are Kirei. You've always been a little different from the rest. You probably have low social skills. Whatever, it's not like what they think matters anyway. Ever searching for something missing within you, you probably don't experience the same happiness as everyone else. Good and evil are just labels, you are who you are.
Fine, I'll do this already
+1 to Heaven's Fall into Black Chaos by Siriel
Summary: Following up on the events of "From the Azure to Zero" this story goes over the events of the 5th grail war with very different players from in canon. It starts off focusing more on Rin, but it expands over the course of the story to include many characters, some familiar some new. While it's still a crossover with Blazblue, Noel's presence is so much smaller here, it might as well just be classified as Nasuverse only.
Lot's of interesting servants and fun fights, a great cast of characters. It's just an all around good time
Nice balance of action and downtime, and thus far I've really dug every fight scene even more than the one before.
While some info from "From Azure to Zero" is definitely required to explain a couple things, this sequel does a very good job of standing on it's own, so I wouldn't be surprised if someone could jump right in with nothing but a small summary of the previous story's events.
Characterization is spot on, and it's actually pretty good at being unpredictable.

You can't rec it because it doesn't have a summary.
Amusingly this marks the I think third or fourth attempt by people to rec it.

There, I gave a summary, sorry if it's not that great

Criticizing praise sounds like a strange thing to do. I thank you, instead.

This finally makes my recc from like fucking August valid so thanks Megas
If I knew it needed a summary I would have written one a long time ago.

Battle doesn't need a purpose; the battle is its own purpose. You don't ask why a plague spreads or a field burns. Don't ask why I fight.

I can't bring myself to rec it as a fic. Mainly cause I see a lot of 'people in harry potter are idiots' type of thing. Specificity in the most recent chapter.
I mean, I get the reasoning, but I also think it is kinda lost that Shinji should be 11 years old. 11 years old are generally not capable of in depth thought and self reflection as he was shown to have.
I like the writing, love the premise, and love the earlier chapters. Specifically I love Touko, but everyone loves Touko. But when it gets to the train it starts to not be as good for me.
It's not like Harry Potter itself is that different in its portrayal.

Why do people think I'm picky? I accept any format so long as it has the stuff it needs. The instructions are super simple.

Like seriously it's right there in the first post.
Format is irrelevant.
- Link to the story.
- Story name
- A positive review of your own.
- Plot synopsis. If your review gives the synopsis I can work with that. It must give the casual reader an idea of what's the fic about, hopefully in two lines, or so. About two tweets in length.
