Thursday because the old non-EXP/QP dailies used to be Tue/Wed = piece monument day, Thu/Fri = skill gems (and some mats) day, Sun=Master EXP/Bond
I'm guessing we have the old dailies because they don't want us to get Okeanos, London mats from dailies before the chapters happen.

So, I got a bunch of 1* and 2* star Servants. Is there any point in leveling/etc. Servants like Arash, Hassan, Mozart or Asterios?

Arash and Hassan don't really become good until later ascensions (still better than nothing if you have no other alternative)

mozart is pretty niche

Asterios's np is good but you'll have trouble getting it off without waver/kaleido/both

There are also few available assassins at the moment so Hassan may be useful, and getting him to his later ascension is not as expensive as with higher rarity servants
Though I don't remember if the needed materials were available yet
