The library containing the wisdom, history and secret arts dating back to ancient times. I think it is pretty interesting that because of his defeat at Chaldea's hands, Ivan from the lost belt is recorded as the first Yaga on the throne. In a way, the belt is recognize by Pan Human History, though not the way he would want.

So we have Gil, Buddha, Quetz (A+). Iskandar (A). Artoria (vanilla saber and lancer), David, Rama, Arthur (not used in FGO gameplay), Medb, Ozy, Penthesilea are rank B. Those can resist this.

So basically, this allows the possibility of Lostbelt only Servants to be registered and be summoned from the Throne of Heroes, for reasons to be explained yet. I wonder if this will bring any consequences to the whole summoning system or is it only going to affect in FGO.

I think it will be Lost belt altered ver= limited while pan human history with lost belt experience=regular pool
