+1 A Stolen Heart.
Might be one of the best Fate fics I've ever read. An AU mystery noir-ish story with Lancer as the hard-boiled ex-cop detective, who must solve the murder of a certain purplehead. Basically, this story is completely AU in a crime-ridden city based on Fate, with the characters in set in various factions: crime families, assassins, law enforcers and the like. One of the funnest parts of reading this fic is getting to see how all the characters and setting flavors were "translated" into the noir setting, featuringpretty minor spoilers, but it's funner to see for yourself while reading
Another great thing about this fic is the attention to detail, from the clues to the title itself. Lots of things that seem like throwaway details become significant later on, and are pretty brilliant, especially when you account for their canon counterparts. And of course, it has its fair share of twists and red herrings. I probably sound like a broken record with this part, but as usual, the narration's entertaining, the fights intense, and the mood beautifully painted. Figuratively.
Also, Touko's in there for some reason. Not sure why, but more Touko is always good.

Having marathoned both over the last couple of weeks, I can say little more than holy god what did I miss out on this long.
tAtZ has good, solid pacing, uses writing techniques I usually dislike (occasionally telling instead of showing, offscreen fatality) in a way that I didn't mind and is just a generally great read. Hell, I don't even like Noel and she was still one of my favorite characters in the story. The ending actually legitimately shocked me, something that I've legit rarely experienced with fanfic.
HFIBC so far has all the good parts of tAtZ except even better, and I am literally biting my nails in excitement for the next update.

Heaven's Fall has no summary because it hasn't been recommended yet.
