"Are you so weak that you must beg the useless Gods for help? Only your own strength will save you from my spear!"

    Class: Lancer

    True Name: Parthenopeus

    Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

    Parameters:

    Strength: B
    Endurance: D+
    Agility: A
    Mana: B
    Luck: D
    Noble Phantasm: B

    Skills

    Class Skills:

    Magic Resistance: C
Grants protection against magical effects. At this rank, spells with a chant below two verses are nullified. Cannot defend against magecraft on the level of High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals. Not a particularly high rank, but neither a low level of defense. Although he never dealt with many magi, Lancer still lived during the Age of Gods. For someone of his swiftness, this level of protection is decent enough.

    Personal Skills:

    Bravery: C-
The ability to negate mental interference such as pressure, confusion and fascination. It also has the bonus effect of increasing melee damage. In Lancer's case, however, the term foolhardiness might be more accurate. In battle, he may occasionally ignore his Master's orders or throw away caution if he perceives an opportunity.

    Crossing Arcadia: C
A Skill that allows for quickly moving over the field of battle. At this rank, obstacles and interceptions can be avoided, but skilled enemies can stop Lancer in his tracks. At birth, Lancer was left on Mount Parthenius and rescued by a shepherd, along with another abandoned baby named Telephus. The two lived in the paradisiac wilderness of Arcadia and it's a mere coincidence that Lancer shares this Skill with his mother. In the battlefield, Lancer will swiftly rush towards the main target and quickly take them out, paying no heed to the common soldiers unable to even see his blurring figure.

    Protection of the Goddess: B
A Skill that demonstrates the divine protection of a Goddess. In Lancer's case, it's Artemis. To protect him from danger, she covered him in ambrosia when he was still little. Endurance receives a + modifier, but it doesn't apply when facing Servants with B-ranked Divine Constructs or Divinity.

    Rosy-Cheeked Adonis: D
The disposition as a pretty boy who charms people. A fascination magic-like effect that works on both men and women, but one can abate it so long there is a will to resist. Complete evasion by means of a Magic Resistance Skill is possible. The rank is lower due to Lancer's dislike for this Skill. As he grew, Lancer gained an unnatural and outstanding beauty; it's the result of the Goddess Aphrodite's spite: even after those who offended her have received their punishment, she still pettily ruins their son's life.

    Noble Phantasms

Liontári Kynigoú: Unseen End of the Hunt
    Type: Anti-Unit
    Rank: B/A

Lancer's spear was originally a dozen of enchanted arrows gifted to him by the Goddess Artemis. The arrows were the same ones the Goddess of the Hunt used: they were infallible and would always seek out their prey as long as their user willed it.

However, Artemis was the one who had unleashed the Calydonian Boar and had indirectly killed a certain hero beloved by a certain huntress, causing unnecessary grief to his mother. Lancer was unable to overlook that and decided to spit upon a Goddess' gift by smelting the arrowheads and forging a spear.

Lancer wielded it for the rest of his life. He considers it more sacred than the Gods, though due to his dislike towards them that's not too hard of an achievement. Although the arrows lost the "chasing" effect after losing their original shape, the spear still retains two passive effects: a "blur" effect and the negation of Divinity.

Liontári Kynigoú is not invisible, but it doesn't register to anyone's senses other than Lancer's. Even if it can be seen or touched, they can only perceive that Lancer is "wielding something" but not the shape or length; attempting to gauge these two by clashing weapons is useless as all senses are barred from perceiving the spear. However, when the spear's tip or shaft is about to hit the target (normally half a meter away), the "blurring" effect temporarily vanishes, allowing the opponent to react accordingly. For most Servants it's not something that would decide the outcome of a fight, but it makes close-quarters combat with Lancer quite irritating, prompting them to attempt to defeat him from a safer distance.

Liontári Kynigoú ignores divine protections. Against a Servant who is tougher due to a Skill related to their Divinity or when faced with defensive Noble Phantasms of divine nature, the spear can bypass such resistances as long as they are of B-Rank or below. Lancer displayed this ability in his legend when he killed a mighty Theban warrior whose armour was enhanced by Zeus himself.

By calling the spear's true name and throwing it, part of its original power bestowed by the Goddess Artemis can be temporarily retrieved. A spear is a spear regardless of how it's used, but hurling it simulates an arrow in flight.

Liontári Kynigoú is raised by one rank and becomes an "arrow of light" constantly chasing after the target while retaining the two above-mentioned effects. It won't stop seeking its prey regardless of distance and if repelled it will simply come back. However, while mana consumption per second isn't particularly high, leaving the Noble Phantasm active for too long would quickly drain Lancer of his reserves. Moreover, Lancer would be weaponless and will only be able to buy time if suddenly ambushed by another Servant.

    Lore and Background

The son of the Virgin Huntress Atalanta and the man who defeated her through underhanded tricks, Hippomenes.

Atalanta would marry only someone who could win against her in a footrace. Hippomenes was aware of her speed and requested Aphrodite's help: he was granted three irresistible golden apples and by using them to distract Atalanta, he beat her and became her husband. However, perhaps distracted by victory or due to simple ingratitude, Hippomenes did not pay tribute to the Goddess. Angered, she cursed the two with lust and forced them to make love in a temple of Zeus. As a punishment, they were turned into lions.

Atalanta unknowingly became pregnant and, before she became a lion, her son was taken by Aphrodite when he was still in the womb. The Goddess abandoned the baby on Mount Parthenius and gave him animal ears and eyes to make it known that he was indeed Atalanta's son and therefore the living proof that she had broken her vow of chastity.

The baby was meant to grow up as a human beast and shame his mother's name for eternity. However, the Goddess of the Hunt Artemis intervened and guided a shepherd to the boy's location. He was given the name Parthenopeus and was raised alongside his adoptive brother Telephus, another child who had been abandoned in the same location.

Their adoptive father was a simple man, a poor shepherd who lived simply and frugally. He had little, but the two were happy to hunt in the forest and earn their food. However, during a festival to venerate the Gods, the shepherd was the only one in the village with nothing to offer.

Then, the Goddess Aphrodite appeared. She kindly told him that she would show mercy and merely demand the lives of the two boys he had adopted. After all, they were nothing more than parasites who made his struggles harder than necessary, weren't they? The shepherd refused to pay such a tribute and decided to give up his own flesh instead.

The villagers were surprised, but did not weep. Parthenopeus and Telephus were furious and developed feelings of hate for the arrogant and dismissive Gods, especially after the former learned of his true origins and Aphrodite's involvement.

The Goddess Artemis took a liking to Parthenopeus. She regretted her follower Atalanta's fate and decided to take care of her son. Secretly, she covered him in ambrosia to boost his longevity, but this only upset the boy, angered that the Gods were still meddling with his life. To appease him, she gifted him magical arrows from her own quiver, only for Parthenopeus to melt them down and craft a spear.

Parthenopeus was still an immature and quick-tempered child; he could only glare at the shocked Artemis. To show his scorn and disdain, he reminded the Goddess of her role in the Calydonian Boar Hunt, that she had indirectly killed Meleager and had made his mother Atalanta cry.

"If you wish to make me happy, never show up in front of me again!"

Artemis complied. Years passed and the two boys became young men, both skilled with the spear. Although Parthenopeus had been informed of his birth and parents, Telephus was still ignorant of why he had been abandoned on the mountain. They left Partheni, their village, and consulted an oracle, who told Telephus that if he wished to meet his mother he must head to Mysia and fight for King Theuthras against Idas, a past member of the Argonauts.

And so they did. Idas found the two young warriors familiar, but couldn't understand why before he was defeated and driven off. King Theuthras rewarded Telephus with the hand of his adopted daughter Auge, but the woman recognized him. Indeed, she was his mother and the almighty Heracles was his father.

Mother and son were now reunited, but Telephus felt that it was over too soon. He had hoped that he could travel with his adopted brother for years, share adventures and bask in glory and honor. Even after King Theuthras made him prince and thus his successor for the throne, he was still hesitant. Parthenopeus began to leave and before his best friend could join, the son of Atalanta refused: "You have found your happiness, but I must still seek mine. Let us meet again when we have something to brag about!"

As a parting gift, Telephus forged for his brother a shield depicting his mother Atalanta slaying the Calydonian Boar. Parthenopeus travelled all over Greece. He made love with the nymph Clymene and unknowingly fathered a son called Promachus before being persuaded to join king Adrastus, along six other warriors, in a succession war against Thebes.

The night before the battle, the Goddess Artemis appeared before him once again. Although the fresh rage that had dominated his thoughts years ago was now gone, he remained cautious. The Goddess of the Hunt pleaded for the young man to not participate: "You are too young for war." However, he did not listen.

The young man dominated the battlefield with his wild and swift fighting style. After being assigned with the assault on the Electran Gates, he swiftly rushed past the enemy army to immediately take down the commander Actor. He easily defeated him, but couldn't land the finishing blow when he was interrupted by Periclymenus and Amphidicus. The latter almost incapacitated Parthenopeus by hitting his head with several large rocks, but he persisted and pushed them back.

The son of Atalanta was unaware that the Goddess Artemis was secretly aiding him. Even after the words of hate he had directed at her years ago, she still wished for the boy to have a peaceful life and realize the horror of the battlefield. Parthenopeus was reckless and over-confident, challenging dozens of enemies at once and angering the Theban army; at this rate, his death would be only a matter of time.

Then Aphrodite interfered again. Almost two decades had passed, but a Goddess' spite was indeed an ugly and terrifying thing. Ares, instigated by his lover, wounded Artemis and made her retreat from the battlefield while Aphrodite charmed a powerful warrior to focus all his murderous attention on Parthenopeus.

This warrior was Dryas, a descendant of Orion, the only man who had been once loved by Artemis. Dryas, controlled by Aphrodite and empowered by Ares, surpassed his human limits and hurled his javelin with monstrous strength, punching through Parthenopeus's shield and piercing the hero's chest. Ironically, the protege of Artemis died by the hands of her lover Orion's descendant.

The son of Atalanta perished on the battlefield, unable to reunite with his friend Telephus. Perhaps, after all, it was just like Artemis had said: he was too young for war.

    Personality

A rebel spirit who does what his heart dictates. Having been raised by a shepherd and then having lived with his brother Telephus in the wilderness of Arcadia, riches and luxury do not appeal to him. While Telephus had always been curious about it "I wonder how a king lives...", Parthenopeus was completely uninterested and felt satisfied with the simple life of the forest.

He despises the Gods immensely. It is understandable, as they did nothing but ruin not only his life but his parents' as well. He would gladly kill Aphrodite, who never showed love towards humans despite her title, but dislikes even the relatively benevolent ones like Artemis. Even if his mother Atalanta worshipped her, the Goddess of the Hunt was still as fickle as other deities and would casually kill mortals if displeased.

His younger years were characterized by constant rage towards them. In fact, Parthenopeus' "rebel spirit" sprouts from his wish to be independent and free to shape his own destiny, one that couldn't be touched by the Gods who had always meddled with his life.

Although his hate for the Gods has never disappeared, he understands that Artemis saved his life several times and deserves some gratitude; however, it's still at the level where he expects her to do something that will disappoint him.

The reason he finds joy in the battlefield is not out of a desire to seek glory; what is seemingly bloodthirstiness is simply eagerness to prove himself. The ambrosia that Artemis spread on his skin undoubtedly made him tougher, therefore he hones his skills so that none may claim that the source of his strength is not his own. However, his talent and youth together birthed cockiness and it was due to this over-confidence that he died. As a Servant, he acts much more carefully to avoid a repeat performance.

He can't forgive submissive people who follow the masses even if they know it's wrong. The villagers of Partheni, who bowed their heads like pathetic mongrels, did not attempt to save his adoptive father and never wept for him; they were content with a meaningless existence in which superior beings stepped upon them, demanded tributes and gave nothing in return. Essentially, bootlickers who would gladly push someone off a cliff to save their own hide.

He is arrogant and at times rather insensitive. It takes time to get used to him, but until then he can be pretty hard to deal with unless one is equipped with a great deal of patience.

Depending on the circumstances, he can be asolutely ruthless. If it's on the battlefield, even children and old women won't be spared... though that's only in theory since he didn't take part in many wars. After all, he was too young for them.

    Relationships

Atalanta: "Mother, is it? Your tales did not do you justice. Just being your son makes me proud. I must honor you: for starters, here are the pelts of seventy boars..."
The admiration and respect he feels for Atalanta is such that even his normally arrogant and insensitive attitude would be undetectable. He idolizes her as a symbol of independence who, despite being a woman, won against the bias and surpassed countless men at their own game. For Atalanta, who never knew of her son until she became a Heroic Spirit, "spoiling him" would be a massive understatement: she will pamper him and put on a harsh facade, only to constantly praise him when he isn't around to overhear. However, it's even worse than the tunnel view she has in regards to children and she might eventually believe that he can't do wrong despite his rather annoying personality.

Artemis: "I was prepared for you to act in a disappointing manner, but I didn't anticipate that your very existence would disappoint me. Did Ares hit you in the head or something...?"
The Virgin Goddess looked after him and protected him, but she's a God so it's hopeless. Or rather, the form she materialized in is despair-inducing. She was, at the very least, the only Goddess he was willing to respect, but the stupid romantic standing before him is even worse in some ways.

Ishtar: "Gods are the worst, after all. Unsurprisingly, it's always a Goddess of Love."
A Goddess who felt insulted by a hero and killed someone dear to him. Ishtar and Aphrodite share the same childishness, which is why he will never consider her an ally. News of her death would bring a smile to his face.

    Skills

Item construction(D): caster was not a magus in life and as such, cannot produce magical items. Thanks to her son's favor however, she becomes able to produce almost any kind of beverage with maestry.

Territory creation(A): This skill allows the user to effectively mark an area as their domain, which increases their abilities while within it. At A-rank, allows creation of a 'Temple'. While she did not know much of magecraft, her possition as a priestess of zeus allows for such a deed

Affection of the gods(A): Caster has the love of zeus as a woman and of dionysus as a mother. This skill grants a increase in stats, protection to eletric and mental attacks.

Divinity(B): the daugther of a minor goddess, caster was also celebrated as a minor goddess after her death.

When its name is called, a bounded field is form around the whole location caster is pressent, any one in this area will become incapable of rational thinking and act on instinct only. Those with protection against mental attacks will have a degree of resistence in accordance to the level of said protection.
There is a cost to the activation of the field, but once manifested, the noble phantasm will become self-sustain and stay active for even three days. Originaly this skill also allow to comunication with the souls of the dead, but she cannot use this way.

Chrysi astrapi: divine splendor at its full (anti-mortals: A+):

Despite being sweet most of the time, it does not take a lot of alcohol for her to lose composure, and she can become very wild

I don't think the second NP is EX rank stuff, I think you should rework it so it functions more like Pashupata but that's just my thoughts on the matter.

Quetzalcoatl has two A rank NP's and her EX ranked is around solar winds which trump lighting IMO, Ishtar who is a much older Goddess throws the whole concept of Venus at someone and that's A++.

Just what Hermes said, Pashupata is Shiva's Divine Construct and it's ranked A+, and Shiva is the highest deity in Hinduism (alongside the 2 other gods). Odin is clearly the highest deity in Norse mythos, but in Fate verse, it was stated that Gungnir is shittier than Gae Bolg in term of shear power, a B rank NP. There is also Photon Ray, there is also Artemis's Love NPs, there is Also Ishtar's Venus attack and Guggalana summon, which most of them are very powerful (especially the Pashupata and Guggalana one) in description yet not ranked EX Rank.

The point is, you didn't get an EX Rank NP on virtue being a Divine Spirit, but you get an EX Rank NP on virtue being 'unquantifiable'.

I still think EX is the way to go, because both of those are seem to be limited by something, there no limitation here, its the equivalente of a divine spirit origem taking shape on the physical world

Wait, i thought the " unquantifiable" thing was bs.

I hate to devolve into powerlevel discussions but older=more strunk. Older gods (Shiva, Ishtar) are at their top tier and at lower ranks (A+, A++ etc). Also other Greek Divine Spirits (Artemis, Stheno and Euryale) clock in at 'A+' and 'B' with their full power NP's. Besides this is Semele who has the NP and not Zeus so she wouldn't be at the same level as him. If you still wanna stick by this, I'd recommend Stella's rank of B++.

Tesla's NP isn't just a "reproduction", it's the feat of bringing the lightning of Zeus down to mankind sublimated into a Noble Phantasm.

I don't know about you, but that strikes me as a bit more impressive then anything Semele did.

    "▂▂▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅!"

    Class
    : Berserker

    True Name: Callisto

    Alignment: Chaotic Mad

    Parameters:

    Strength: A+
    Endurance: A
    Agility: B
    Magic: B
    Luck: D
    Noble Phantasm: A+

    Skills
    Class Skills:

    Mad Enhancement: A
The Class Skill that characterizes a Berserker, raising basic parameters and strengthens one's physical abilities in exchange of hindering mental capacities and/or in exchange for their sense of reason. At this rank there is a rank up for all parameters, but most of one's reason is robbed. Due to being driven mad by a divine curse, Berserker's madness is first-rate. Her never-ending anger requires either a Command Seal or a strong-willed Master to restrain. While she can be controlled like an automaton most of the time, if she smells a certain kind of Servant she will inevitably rage about and target them.

    Personal Skills:

    Monstrous Strength: A
A Skill that temporarily grants a rank-up to one's Strength parameter for a time limit determined by the ranking of this Skill. This Skill is borne from the holder's nature as a monster or Demonic Beast. Berserker in this state can only be described as a Divine Beast among Divine Beasts. Normally there would be a risk of losing one's self-control the more this skill is used, but since Berserker has already lost all of her inhibitions it makes no difference at this point.

    Divinity: E-
The measure of whether one has Divine Spirit aptitude or not. While Berserker's rank was originally quite high, her transformation into a Monstrous Beast lowered it significantly. Were to somehow return to human form it would remain low due to her dislike for the Gods.

    Scream of Awe: B
A roar that arouses another's instinctive awe as a living being. Unless a difficult mental resistance check is passed, the enemy will suffer all sorts of negative conditions. Perhaps because Berserker's original nature wasn't violent at all, this Skill is not as fearsome as it might have been. Even after becoming a monster, her screams are more sorrowful than scary.

    Divine Protection from Arrows: A+
The ability to deal with projectiles, an increased defense against ranged attacks. Normally reliant on predicting the projectiles' trajectories through exceptional means, such as hearing the sound of air being cut, or sensing the killing intent of the enemy. In Berserker's case it is a blessing from the Gods that acts on its own, preventing it being sealed by Mad Enhancement. At this rank it is nearly impossible to hit or damage Berserker with any sort of ranged attack, even for a great Hero. To do so requires "exposing a weak point through some other means" or "a projectile that can strike at the stars themselves". Because two different Gods supply this protection independently, both conditions must be fulfilled simultaneously to have any hope of hurting Berserker at range.

    Noble Phantasm
    Polaris Strike: Northern Fury
    Rank: A+
    Type: Anti-Unit

A manifestation of Berserker's legend, where she and her near-murderer were interred in the night sky as two constellations by a regretful Zeus.

Upon activation, Berserker's next attack receives a plus modifier and as she strikes, two 'comets' are shot from opposite ends of the sky, skimming along the horizon to land at the same time and with the same force. Each is individually as strong as a certain centaur's Noble Phantasm, but they lack any seeking effect. Instead the danger comes from having to contend with three simultaneous strikes from different angles. In practice no more than one can be dodged, two if one's agility is first-rate, and the third must be taken head on. Few can survive Berserker's full force assault, so it might as well be certain death.

Ursa Major is Berserker's own constellation, so the comet it fires deals slightly more damage. Ursa Minor belongs to the one that nearly killed her, so there is a small chance of its 'comet' hitting her if diverted. In that case it would be an instant self-kill, making this a risky Noble Phantasm to use against one capable of exploiting that weakness.

Because of the circumpolar nature of both constellations, Polaris Strike can be used during the day as well as the night.

This Noble Phantasm has been sealed by Mad Enhancement, but can be forcibly activated by using a Command Seal.

    Description
Berserker's condition is such that most of her personality has been erased. She is a raging beast and would behave like one even if Mad Enhancement were to be sealed.

Even so, trace amounts remain. She will be less aggressive towards females, especially those who are gentle and show no killing intent. She dislikes the smell of Divinity, except that of a certain goddess, for whom she might even show affection should a meeting occur.

Her wish is to meet a certain hunter once more, and converse with him as a person instead of a beast. Because a divine curse prevents their meeting, they cannot both exist as Servants simultaneously and a miracle on the level of a Holy Grail is required to make such an encounter possible.

    Lore
Callisto was a nymph, or the daughter of King Lycaon. She was one of the followers of Artemis, who attracted Zeus. He transformed himself into the figure of Artemis and seduced her in this disguise. She fell pregnant and, when her pregnancy was eventually discovered, she was expelled from Artemis's group. A furious Hera then transformed Callisto into a bear. Later, just as she was about to be killed by her son when he was hunting, she was set among the stars as Ursa Major. She was the bear-mother of the Arcadians, through her son Arcas.

    Relationships
    Artemis:
There is a chance that Berserker might calm down in her presence, but as Artemis herself regrets her rash expulsion of Callisto, no good can come of their meeting. It would fall to Orion to act as mediator, and the best he can do is submit himself as a chew toy for stress relief.

    Medusa/Gorgon:
They are kindred spirits with similar stories. Even so, it's not as if they get along. As they are both monsters, the best possible result of their meeting is them deciding not to kill each other there and then.

    Atalanta:
Even though as Servants the matchup is hopelessly one-sided against her, Atalanta is the only one that stands a chance of stopping Callisto as a person. Their natures are such that it is possible to come to an understanding with each other even under the influence of Mad Enhancement. If at all possible they would want to ally, as each finds the other's wish acceptable.

    Arcas:
Any meeting between them is impossible due to a divine curse. Even so, if that impossibility is defeated, not even Callisto knows what she would say. The one thing she fears most is that he will greet her nothing more than an arrow.

I wasn’t expecting Callisto to be a flat out bear but after Lobo I guess it’s open season.

I've been meaning to do more animal Servants, ever since I remembered that one sentence about how Bucephalus is a Heroic Spirit, not just Iskander's mount.

Amaltheia was originally gonna be a goat or a unicorn, but I couldn't find a good FC. Diogenes was just a dumb joke that turned out to fit eerily well, so I rolled with it.
