    Sounds reasonable.

Have an idea for some new Servant sheets. Also, did you see my Dick Turpin Rider sheet?

Not to the best of my knowledge.

As a Byzantine Greek (however Classically-flavoured) commentary on the Iliad, the Byzantine scholars haven't been terribly interested in it (barring a little historical context on Empress Eirene), and the Classical scholars have disdained bothering to translate it because of its simplicity. It's the sort of thing to only get a recent translation.

    Intro
The camera slowly pans across the Savannah. Soothing music plays.

"Some scientists estimate we only know about 10 to 15 percent of all species of life on the planet. In fact, some areas are so difficult to reach that they have never before been seen by the human eye. Not just the skies or the seas, but even on land there are mysteries yet to discover in the natural world. "

The scene switches, the viewpoint now situated much closer to the ground. A river softly burbles. The screen moves again, to show more of the small copse of trees that has clearly grown around the river. As a whole, the scene gives off a tropical yet somehow peaceful charm.

"One example of such a mystery was, until recently, this particular area. In fact, recent research has shown that, only here, in this little habitat, are some of the most unique species on the planet. Here, there are abundant sources of food in large varieties, and the animals are unlikely to see a human in their lifetimes, let alone suffer from deforestation.

Life here seems easy and quiet."

The camera pans again to show a dog-like animal nearby, intently watching the river. In a succession of close-ups, the camera focuses on its red eyes, sparkling blue coat, and odd linear markings.

"This is a lupus canis culannis, commonly called Culann's Hound. It is an incredibly rare subspecies of canid, only found here. Not only are its colours extraordinarily beautiful, but it has fully adapted to its surroundings: it not only hunts, but on occasion it also fishes. These animals are faster than your average canine, but just as hardy.

However, this young male is faced with a major challenge: He is not alone in this little paradise. At any one time, a staggering variety of species and individuals are striving for space and food. And not all animals are content to share the same space in peace."

Abruptly, the soothing music that had continued playing stops. The screen seems to shake, and the hound immediately lifts up its head, listening closely.

A savage cry resounds. The hound sprints in the opposite direction of the river, nearly tripping over its paws in its haste to get away. Other than that, everything falls deathly quiet.

A few seconds later, something unseen yet powerful obliterates part of a nearby tree. Its remains fall right in front of the camera, blocking most of the view. The sound of something padding nearer on paws of some sort gets louder, but it somehow evades the camera's sight, half of its view still blocked by the fallen tree. Soft yet threatening music plays, swelling as the animal gets closer.

Another short moment of silence, then:

    Mad Enhancement A
The ability that raises parameters, but lowers mental capabilities. At this rank, all parameters are raised one rank, but the Servant can no longer think, reason or speak. Of course, Berserker is an animal, and was clearly never able to speak. One might ask if the demerits are all that severe, in the first place...

    Natural Domain EX
A skill showing the support of Mother Nature. As one of its most beloved children, Berserker has the support of nature wherever she goes, loaning her mana, providing her with information, and on dire occasions, lending her its significant metaphysical weight.

    Law of the Jungle A
The law of the jungle, also known as the survival of the fittest or eat or be eaten, was first described by Kipling.
Berserker is designated as the Apex Predator wherever she may be, cowing all lesser predators immediately and making them obey her commands, even forming a pride of hunters.

The refined instinct that all animals possess. Differs from normal Instinct in that these instincts are specifically those of an animal. Things such as gathering

    ExGAOlibur

    Rank: EX
    Scale: Anti-Prey
Berserker's sole Noble Phantasm, strangely similar to the Last Phantasm Excalibur for reasons unknown at present. It is one of the strongest weapons in Gaia's entire arsenal, comparable to large-scale natural disasters.

Activated by a roar so loud it literally shakes the earth, it is a beam fired from Berserker's mouth, annihilating all in its path and leaving nothing but ash. However, as there's nothing left of the target afterwards, Berserker prefers turning it down a little and just leaving the target lightly charred but perfectly edible. She's had worse, after all.
    Lore

Berserker is an ordinary animal living in a little-known area of Africa, and clearly nothing more. The circumstances surrounding her summoning are therefore mysterious in the extreme. What purpose could the Grail have had in summoning the King of Lions, which are themselves the kings of all animals...?

    Notes:

Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned. I'd worked this out wayyy back in a post-Animal Planet haze, then forgot all about it. Until a while back when I was scrolling through my folder on a whim. Sadly, I probably haven't gotten any funnier since.

I know Nuclear Consensus already did a Saber Lion (and he's probably not the only one), but this is clearly different. That was Saber turned into a Lion, this is Saber Lion. The difference is vast.

    LEGEND:

Reynard the Fox (or Reinaert, Renart, Reineke, Renartus, Reynardine, etc) is the anti-hero of many beast epics, a figure so famous that his name has become synonymous with the cunning animals he represents. A rebellious, self-serving fox who only sought to ensure his own freedom - freedom which he plans to abuse as much as possible, to pillage, murder, and cannibalize as he pleases. Though many remember him as a hero of the common folk who rebelled against the corrupt Church, Reynard only ever fought for himself, preying on the poor just as he did the rich.

In most tales, a figure such as this would surely meet a painful and just end, but the sly Reynard evaded every punishment handed out to him. He pinned his crimes on others, escaped by claiming that there was a vast fortune whose location only he knew, won a duel to the death against his far stronger uncle, Isengrim, and ultimately faked his death. At his funeral, all those he had wronged came to deliver half-hearted eulogies, and there, Reynard claimed vengeance against them all, and went on to live happily ever after, never meeting any consequence for his own actions.

    CLASS SKILLS:

    Presence Concealment: D
The ability to hide one's presence as a Servant and disappear, the Class Skill of the Assassin class and one that is highly useful for not only assassination, but for spying as well. However, for Assassin, the actual act of assassinating from the shadows is effectively impossible due to his low rank, which makes it possible for other Servants to quickly detect his presence. However, this suits Assassin just fine, as it remains useful for spying, and the tool he used in his murders was not stealth, but guile, represented in the skill Fox's Wit.

    PERSONAL SKILLS:

    Disengage: B
The ability to withdraw from the battlefield in the midst of combat, resetting the conditions of the match to what they were when it started. In life, Assassin managed to slip away from certain death again and again, escaping into his fortress of Maleperduis. While Assassin is not only physically weak, but a coward as well, if he needs to truly fight, he fights dirty. He uses his high Agility to outrun and outmaneuver foes, kicking up clouds of dust in their eyes and taking any opportunity he can get. Even if caught, he has a knack for escaping the arms of stronger opponents, and if cornered, he lashes out with surprising ferocity. These are the tactics he used to win against his uncle Isengrim, constantly escaping his claws and lashing out when things got too close.

    Fox's Wit: A
The cunning resourcefulness of the fox, allowing one to talk opponents into disadvantageous situations while simultaneously talking one's self out of what was thought to be a certain death. Throughout all of his life, Assassin was known for his terrifying cunning and persuasive abilities, which allowed him to talk his opponents into deadly situations and escape unharmed. He talked his way out of the gallows and to freedom again and again, all the while talking his prey into dropping their guard so that he could eat without risk.

A sinister skill that allows Assassin to easily manipulate others with words as smooth and convincing as silk. Assassin is an extremely quick thinker who can come up with excuses near-instantly. Using this skill, he can make other believe the most absurd facts, even disguising his presence as a Servant by talking others into believing his shoddy disguises are reality. It is possible for him to talk humans - even magi - into swallowing their tongues, dropping their weapons, and entering into his territory, defenseless. He can even manipulate Servants, though his supernatural abilities of persuasion are negated by Magic Resistance of C-rank or higher, and prove little use against those unhinged by Mad Enhancement or Mental Pollution.

The moment a Master has summoned Assassin, they have lost, as every one of Assassin's words will lead them to their demise and him to his freedom.

Nature of a Rebellious Spirit: B
A temperament that rejects any lord or territory, that leads to Assassin wandering around and acting as he pleases without any hesitation or restraint. He is a wandering star that lacks the capacity to be a king, and is in the same way incapable of finding a king "worthy" of his loyalty. Assassin's restless, rebellious, and self-serving nature negate the effects of Charisma of an equal or lower rank, and due to his firm opposition and mockery of the Church throughout his life, it is ranked up against Christian heroes.

    Shapeshift: C
The ability to change one's appearance and take on new forms. For Assassin, a therianthrope who can take on the form of a human and a fox, it is possible to transform into a fully animalistic form as a red fox, a fully anthropomorphic vulpine form, or a human form that retains his vulpine features in the form of his tail and ears, which he cannot hide.

    NOBLE PHANTASMS
Maleperduis: The Fox's Everpresent Labyrinthine Refuge (Fortress, B)
Reynard's seat of power, and the castle he shared in his life with his wife and children. It was said to be a labyrinthine fortress, filled with long, crooked hallways, and countless escape tunnels throughout all of its construction. Whenever Reynard was in danger, he'd flee to his fortress and weather out the threat within its secure halls. Now, it acts as his primary Noble Phantasm as an Assassin. He activates it by declaring any building as his seat of power and primary hideaway, necessitating the use of a small thaumaturgical ritual to activate it. Once activated, the internal layout of the building begins to shift in impossible ways, drawing on so much mana that unless Reynard has a Master of the highest class, it is necessary to fuel it with the souls of many humans.

While the building remains the same on the outside, on the inside, it becomes a twisted, gnarled mess of impossible geometries and hallways, seeming so much larger on the inside than on the outside. It is filled with deadly traps, and only Reynard knows the way around it. Pathways can shift to lead to different parts of it, even becoming exits, and Reynard is alerted to the presence of any who enter Maleperduis, and can track their locations so long as he is in his "throne room", where he has access to a screen that showcases the layout of his fortress. As Maleperduis exists longer and longer, it begins spreading its reaches into the Earth in the form of a complex network of escape tunnels. Over the course of a week, Maleperduis' tunnels will spread over the entirety of a city, allowing Reynard to appear and disappear anywhere he pleases. Only he knows the location of the tunnels, which shift in form and location like the rest of his fortress.

The largest downside of this Noble Phantasm is its absurd mana cost, which means that Reynard usually must utilize a fairly large amount of humans as mana batteries so that he can maintain it for as long as he needs. He can only declare one building to be Maleperduis, and if it is destroyed - though such a feat would require an Anti-Fortress Noble Phantasm - he will be incapable of rebuilding it. When he truly dies, it will collapse with him.

Reynard Lives On: The Fox's Funeral (Anti-Unit, B)
In Reynard's final story, he is seemingly, finally foiled by Isengrim, who gets him drunk and then defeats him in chess, winning a bet that would allow him to injure Reynard wherever he pleased. And so, Reynard was cut down by his uncle and killed, putting an end to his schemes and evil. However, in truth, Reynard faked his death, and, at his funeral, avenged himself by killing all those who had ever wronged him, claiming his final, ultimate victory. After this, he went on to live and die peacefully.

This Noble Phantasm automatically triggers when Reynard is lethally wounded - but not instantly killed. When this occurs, Reynard leaves behind a body double that appears to die just as any Servant would, but escapes in his true body with what is now an A-rank in Presence Concealment. His wound heals enough to not become lethal, but not any more than that, and he then, ideally, proceeds to escape into Maleperduis to nurse his wounds. As he recovers and his opponents think him dead, he retains his increased Presence Concealment, allowing him to slink around and spy. However, as soon as he attacks, his identity is revealed once more and he loses his improved Presence Concealment. In addition, he gains a significant boost to his damage against the opponent who killed him and any who helped them.

Reynard can use this Noble Phantasm again and again as long as he has the mana to do so, but it is rendered useless if someone sees through his improved Presence Concealment or definitively kills him, such as through decapitation or complete destruction at the hands of a strong enough Noble Phantasm.

    APPEARANCE
In his human form, Reynard is a strikingly handsome, slight man of short height. His build is lean, but still athletic, with the hints of muscle evident despite his skinniness. His eyes are an intense amber color, with slit, vulpine pupils, glistening with a constant, light-hearted humor that makes it easy to trust him. His red hair is messy, wild, and uncombed, constantly gleaming in the sun and maintaining its bright color despite its poor condition. His teeth and nails are unnaturally sharp for someone who is apparently a human. Though Reynard generally keeps them hidden, he has the tail and ears of a fox.

Instead of dressing as he did in the past, Reynard dresses in modern clothing and seeks to blend into the world as a (mostly) normal human. He wears light, loose clothing, such as faded band shirts (mostly for extremely obscure heavy metal bands) and flannel jackets. He often wears poor fitting loose, ripped jeans, and sneakers. Really, he dresses like anyone else you'd pass on the street and not spare a second glance.

    PERSONALITY
An unpredictable, violent, and selfish man who only seeks to indulge his every desire and have fun doing so. Reynard doesn't have much when it comes to impulse control - he does what he wants and flippantly deals with the consequences as they arise. He cares little for others, even his own family, and his interactions with virtually everyone he knows are purely antagonistic. He is a sadist who is happy to torment others endlessly, talking them into inevitably self-destructive results, and killing and eating them as he pleases. Of course, none of this is apparent, as Reynard is a person of many faces who can easily come off as a friendly, kind-hearted man.

Reynard strongly desires to avoid consequences for his actions, and as they catch up with him, he will do anything in his power to avoid them, save for actually changing as a person. He's an exceptionally smooth negotiator who excels at talking his way out of punishment time and time again, and if faced with a fate that he can't avoid, he'll inevitably start to panic, struggling to comprehend why. Reynard is a deeply arrogant person who strongly believes he can talk his way out of and into anything and will always succeed, so failure is incomprehensible to him. He dislikes zealots, muscleheads and chivalrous knights with the same intensity, and finds more pleasure in screwing them over than anyone else.

He is someone who rejects any attempts to control him and will thus be at odds with his Master from the moment he is summoned. He may act like a faithful, devoted Servant, but Reynard will almost certainly loathe his Master and seek to kill them - painfully - and escape their control. He'll keep them alive as long as he needs to, trapped in his fortress and used just as a source of mana and entertainment. In the same way, he despises kings and stuck-up brats, and seeks to humiliate and destroy them for the fun of seeing them writhe as a shell of their former selves.

Reynard has a low opinion on humanity and all of its heroes. He sees the most heroic of the lot as naive idiots, and believes that humans are, by nature, evil, animalistic creatures who only seek pleasure and destruction. While so many others have rejected their fundamental nature, he holds pride in the fact that he has not, and remains, in his own eyes, the truest example of what humans truly are. Nature is a harsh, violent place, and to survive, one has to be just as harsh.

Despite his arrogance, Reynard is completely aware that he is pathetic and virtually helpless when it comes to physical combat. While he could hold his own against his uncle through guile alone, he has no illusions of being able to pull off a victory against the true heroes summoned as Servants on his own and therefore avoids combat at all costs. He will only fight if he has no other option or has every possible advantage, and even then, he is skittish and quick to flee if something goes wrong. He is, in a word, a coward, and he will do virtually anything if it means he'll survive. But there are things Reynard is unwilling to do, still - his overbearing arrogance is such that even if he has no other choice, he will refuse to beg for mercy if it comes to that, and will face death with spiteful dignity.

When it comes to the Grail, Reynard desires only the ability to stay in the world past the conclusion of the Holy Grail War, so that he can continue his manipulative, murderous ways.

Reynard: I swear I read one his stories or a modern spin off of one when I was little. Or it was one of those Huckleberry Rabbit ones or whatever they're called. Either way I love this sheet for it's imagination. However, I feel as if his second NP may be too overpowered, but it's justified through the "Can't actually kill him but has to be a lethal one" so I can't really complain about it. With his personality and NP, I can definitely see him as the ultimate big baddy in a story/singularity with the boss battle being in his fortress.

@Saron Thank you! I had a lot of fun with this sheet, Reynard's a great basis for a Servant. And yeah, I was a bit uncertain about the second Noble Phantasm, but I figured its weakness would be sufficient to balance out its strengths.
And yet, she folded it a hundred times.

Reynard's such a horrendous bastard, it's kind of amazing. He reminds me a bit of a Robin Hood who only ever gave a damn about himself.

I slightly disagree with Saron: I see Reynard more as a secondary villain who looks like a main villain, but gets violently supplanted by the actual main villain. Would it be more ironic if he was murdered by a tyrant or a lawless criminal like himself?

    Phantom

An existence that could not reach the level of a Heroic Spirit. While they are both beings founded on the legends transmitted by people, Phantoms are mostly fictitious and have no suitable cause to come into existence. Concepts that are merely on the level of urban legends (in the best of cases), they are existences that become forgotten with time and disappear without ever turning into heroes nor anti-heroes.

Relatively easier to summon than proper Heroic Spirits or Divine Spirits. That being said, even if summoned they will be impotent existences that cannot even take physical form. In terms of raw power, they are weaker than Casters of the novelist variety. However, there is little difference between Heroic Spirits and Phantoms when it comes down to their Noble Phantasm. Even if its power has deteriorated, even if the very fact of whatever or not its owner can actually employ it can be brought into question, the concept behind the Noble Phantasm itself remains all the same.

This is a digression, but what prevents them from being sublimated is purely a lack of numerical values in their Saint Graph. Conversely, this can be addressed by adding up something that compensates for that deficiency. Therefore, despite being highly unlikely, it might be possible for a Phantom to be promoted into a proper Heroic Spirit if there is a change in its circumstances.

    Shakespearean Tragedy

As the name suggest, a general term for the tragic tales written by the famous playwright, William Shakespeare. While most of Shakespeare's can be regarded as "tragedies", those based on hard historical facts are actually classified as "histories". Only those which are entirely fictional or based on events that cannot be fully verified for one reason or another are classified as "tragedies".

Incidentally, most of the Shakespearean tragedies were written during the early stages of King James I's rule. According to some theories, their darker themes were influenced not only by the King's own preferences, but also by the general mood of England following the death of Queen Elizabeth I.

    CLASS SKILLS

    Revenger: D
Received damage is converted into magical energy for the Noble Phantasm. The way of being as a revenger - which gathers people's grudges and malice onto oneself - turned into a skill. While it becomes easy for the surrounding people to point their hostility towards him, those negative emotions automatically turn into power for Avenger.

That being said, thanks to the modern public view about Hamlet as a tragic hero – who is both an aggressor and a victim – this skill’s rank is not all that high.

    Oblivion Modifier: A+
Humans are creatures that forget many things, but a revenger will never forget. By attacking when the opponent has completely forgotten about him, the damage of Avenger's critical hits is increased. In his case, this has been strengthened to the highest grade thanks to back up from the Revelation skill.

The constant whispers of the dead never will allow him to forget about vengeance.

    Self-Recovery (Prana): A
Magical power continues to endlessly surge until his revenge has been accomplished. Recovers prana at every turn, even if by minuscule amounts.

Thanks to being empowered by the vengeful ghosts that lingers in the land, he has a high capacity of recovery.

    if a Saber...
    Magic Resistance: B
The capacity to negate or abate the effects of magecraft. Negates magecraft invoked with an aria of three verses or less. It is difficult to injure him even with high-thaumaturgy.

    Riding: E
The technical skill to mount on vehicles. It also displays its effects on mechanized vehicles. While trained animals may be handled, he cannot drive any man-made vehicle.

    if a Berserker...
    Mad Enhancement: D
Causes parameters to Rank Up in exchange of reason. The STR and END parameters are raised, but language faculty is jammed and it becomes difficult to maintain coherent thoughts for long periods of time.

Although words fluently come out of his mouth, since he speaks mostly in the form of vague, incongruous poetry, achieving mutual understanding with him is difficult as expected.

    PERSONAL SKILLS

    added ramdomly...
    Distortion: A+
The proof that the Class which he was originally summoned into has been forcefully corrupted and bestowed with the special traits of another Class. As a consequence, any of the Class Skills of the original Class deteriorates.

Given his origins, there is a random chance that this Servant will possess with the qualities of an Avenger even when summoned in other Classes. In that case, he will be endowed with Oblivion Modifier and Self-Recovery (Prana) in exchange for losing one other Class Skill.

    Mental Pollution: B
Because the mind is deranged, there is a chance mental interference-type of magecraft is shut out. However, it is impossible to come to a mutual understanding with individuals who do not have the same rank of Mental Pollution.

In his case, the activation of his Revelation skill activated will cause this to receive a temporary Rank UP.

    Planning: B
Tactical thinking meant for assassinating a target. Unlike Military Tactics, this is constricted to only assassination missions in which few people are involved.

His scheming mind turned into a skill. Even if deranged, he is definitely quick-witted for things like plots and machinations.

    Prana Burst: C
Increase of ability by covering one's weapon or own body with magical energy and then instantaneously releasing it. Jet propulsion by means of magical energy so to speak. At C Rank, physical abilities can be greatly boosted in this way, but effectiveness towards armaments is somewhat low.

A skill derived from the influence of the vengeful ghosts over him. The more resentment (magical power) they pour into him, the stronger he becomes.

    Revelation: B
An ability that makes possible to intuit - to receive from someone - a truth that one would normally never know, and then take the optimal course of action. In simple terms, a skill equivalent to "Instinct". But while Instinct is a sixth sense meant for battle, Revelation accommodates all matters related to the achievement of an objective. Since this is something that cannot be explained well to others, sometimes it may be regarded as simple delusions by the surrounding people.

The anecdotes of talking to the ghost of his father turned into a skill. Upon becoming a Servant, it became an ability to constantly hear the "voices" of the spirits of the dead that still linger in this world.

    NOBLE PHANTASM

    Elsinore – Stage of Tragedy
    Rank: B
    Type: Anti-Army
Sword of vengeance. The poisonous blade that Hamlet used to fulfill his revenge in legends. Upon being sublimated as a Noble Phantasm, it was merged with the very castle town that became the main setting for that tale. Elsinore - that is the name of the place where repulsive human emotions such as greed, madness and resentment spread like a disease, causing tragic deaths by having people to turn against their friends and relatives.

The magical power of hatred infused in this cursed blade is instantly converted into a deadly miasma. Attacks performed with this weapon have high chances of applying the bad status "poison" on the target. If the True Name is released, a great quantity of miasma will be produced and spread across a wide area. That poisonous cloud will encroach the minds of all those within reach, causing them to lose their sanity and attack each other in confusion.

A powerful Noble Phantasm card that Hamlet employs as his main weapon, but this is truly a double-edged sword. Thanks to the anecdotes surrounding it, this blade is endowed with a curse that allows enemies to use it against its owner. Despite being his own trump card, chances are high that this will be the cause of Hamlet's demise.

    Background
    BACKGROUND

The Tragedy of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark. One of the Four Tragedies created by the famous playwright, William Shakespeare. A masterpiece of world literature, it remains widely famous even in modern times - having received many interpretations, adaptations to other forms of art such as literature and cinema.

As the title indicates, this is a tale surrounding the Danish prince Hamlet. A highly-troubled individual, Hamlet is tormented by the sudden death of his father and how it leads his uncle Claudius, brother of the deceased king, to marry the widowed queen in order to quickly secure the throne for himself. One night, Hamlet is visited by the ghost of his dead father, who reveals that he was actually murdered by King Claudius and commands the young prince to take revenge for him.

Throughout the story, Prince Hamlet struggles with his own sanity as he comes to terms with the truth revealed by the ghost and faces the moral dilemma it presents. He begins to act erratically and eventually isolates himself from all but one loyal retainer. The constant threat of war between Denmark and the neighboring Kingdom of Norway adds a further sense of doom to the setting.

In the end, Hamlet achieves his vengeance after a long path of conspiracies and treacheries. However, by that point he had already lost his friends, his family and even his most beloved person. The tragedy is complete when the Prince himself finally dies as a consequence of his actions.

Clearly deranged, he misperceives his current situation with that told in the tale, treating the people around him as if they were the characters of that play (for example, should he be contracted with a particularly understanding Master, chances are that Hamlet will see him as his loyal retainer Horatio). However, just because he is insane does not mean that he is stupid, and he in fact display great discernment and ingenuity towards schemes and the likes. The line separating a genius from a madman is fine indeed.

As a Heroic Spirit, Hamlet became defined as a "proxy agent for vengeful ghosts". Therefore, despite not hating anything in particular himself, he cannot go against the guidance of the vengeful ghosts and attempts to fulfill that vengeance like a possessed man. Truly, a tragic hero.

All the Resentments of the World

Heroic Spirit Hamlet is a fictional existence. Despite using real world locations as its setting, none of the events told in that tale correspond to anything recorded in proper human history nor have its characters been based on any real-life individuals. While it seems now that actually Shakespeare drew inspiration from earlier legends, the story of Hamlet is indeed just a product of the playwright's imagination after all. Nothing but an attempt to make a general portrayal of the European nobility and the palace intrigues that it was so famous for.

Normally, something entirely fictitious would not give birth to a Heroic Spirit. At best, it would be restricted to the level of a mere Phantom. However, a certain element in Hamlet's character background (setup) changed that – the manner how he was tormented by the ghost of his father. Thanks to this, he was established as an existence that "is easily possessed by vengeful ghosts".

It was something harmless at first. Given his character background, the concept of "Hamlet" became a target for the residual thoughts・wraiths of European nobles that died with unfinished business, turning it into a vessel for their grudges and ill will. However, as the popularity of the tale of the Danish prince grew, so did the "range" of this phenomenon. From the nobility to the common European citizens, and eventually began to include even the spirits of people from far-away lands.

All that gathered malice began to accumulate and crystalize, turning into a Craft Essence of sorts that became permanently attached to Hamlet's Saint Graph. Then, when that Shakespearean tragedy finally achieved global renown, his transformation occurred. Phantom Hamlet was sublimated into a Heroic Spirit as the bearer of all the resentments of the world.

Usually, a fictional Heroic Spirit is established when the spirit of a nameless "someone" is made to play the role of a imaginary hero. There are also rare examples of a particularly popular "concept" attaining personality and human form upon receiving the worship of people, producing a hero through a process of pseudo-apotheosis. A case like Hamlet – in which an invented character is actualized and elevated to a higher order thanks to an external factor can be seen as an anomaly among anomalies.

Nice! Two thumbs up, Master of Chaos!

His Riding could probably be a bit higher as a Saber (maybe C?). It's not displayed in the play, but as a prince, it would be an expected skill for him.

I'm not sure Mad Enhancement D would be appropriate. I assume it's there based on the interpretation that at some point Hamlet isn't faking madness anymore and has actually gone insane, right? But even then, he does display some long-term planning and displays perfect conversation skills when alone or with Horatio, for example. Perhaps EX would be a better Rank, to reflect his total obsession with revenge?

Is Mental Pollution an appropriate Skill for him? Even while faking insanity (or being actually insane, if you interpret the play that way), he's charismatic enough to convince the pirates to release him and to convince his mother of the truth about King Hamlet's murder (and in the first Quarto, she's explicitly on his side from that point on), and Horatio is always loyal to him.

While it seems now that actually Shakespeare drew inspiration from earlier legends, the story of Hamlet is indeed just a product of the playwright's imagination after all.
    Hey, now! :-P

"The proof of love is in the works. Where love exists, it works great things.
But when it ceases to act, it ceases to exist."

    Class: Archer

    STR: E
    END: B
    AGI: C
    MGI: D
    LCK: E

    Class Skills

Independent Action (A+): A "rule-bending" rank; support from a Master is completely unnecessary.

Magic Resistance (D): Cancels single-action spells, equivalent to an anti-magic amulet.

    Personal Skills

Saint (D): Archer's claim to her class is being the patron saint of archers, somewhat ironically since her legend ends with her being
shot with an arrow. Nevertheless, it grants the necessary skill with a bow and an automatic HP recovery ability. Due to being placed
in the Archer class, it morphs her Noble Phantasm into a projectile-firing form.

Soul of a Martyr (B): A representation of strong faith that never wavered in the face of persecution and difficulty. Mental interference
effects below an equivalent rank are negated. Archer was canonized for her martyrdom at the hands of the Huns, along with her followers.
This skill brings a welcome reprieve from her lingering guilt and helplessness.

Paragon of Womanhood (C+): Archer is believed to be a Christianization of Freyja, who welcomes the souls of deceased maidens, as well
as Holda and Umay, goddesses of the Germans and the Huns who share the same qualities, respectively. She embodies the concept of "the
quintessential woman", empowered by association with goddesses of love, sex, beauty, fertility and most importantly, the resilience that
comes with these virtues. Rather than pigeonhole her into a specific archetype, her personality and mannerisms will automatically shift to
that of a target's "ideal woman". Though powerful, Archer is unlikely to use it to its full potential for manipulation, since this skill was thrust
upon her by historians doubting the veracity of her legend, and no amount of alteration will erase the core of her nature as a virginal ingenue.
It could be called a form of Charisma that tailors itself for specific people.

    Noble Phantasm

Passio Ursulae~Golden Chamber of the Eleven Virginal Legions (D++, Anti-Unit)

All that remains of Archer and her eleven thousand followers: their bones, collected from a mass grave in the middle of nowhere and preserved
as holy relics of saints in a cathedral in Germany. The walls of the Golden Chamber, as it came to be called, are covered in a "veritable tsunami"
of bones arranged in designs and letters forming Latin words of praise for the maidens' sacrifice. Being placed in her current class as befitting her
position as the patron saint of bowmen, this macabre display of honor is Archer's main projectile weapon. With a flash of golden light, bones
materialize in the air around Archer for various uses, the most obvious being launched as arrows with much greater accuracy than one would
expect. Other uses include forming segmented armor around Archer's body, taking the bones in hand as weapons and embedding sharper bones
in the ground to hamper the enemies' movements. Since all of Archer's handmaidens were declared martyrs and saints, the bones are holy weapons
that deal extra damage to those who are Evil-aligned or are enemies of the Church. While the bones serve as relatively common ammunition, Archer's
greatest weapons are the maidens' skulls, which have been plated with silver or gold, adorned with fragments of Holy Shrouds or with carvings of
Baptismal Sacraments. These weapons are much more potent in offensive power and versatility, able to completely eliminate opponents who are weak
to such things when common bones do not suffice. The true function of this Noble Phantasm is that the collection of bones truly are Archer, so in order to
truly kill her, the supply of bones must be exhausted. Upon taking damage, Archer will form armor of bone inside and over the injury, which is slowly
turned to flesh via the automatic healing provided by her Saint skill. This could be called a case of fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva, a horrible disease
that causes damaged soft tissue to regrow as bone, but it is simply new tissue to replace that which was lost. Nevertheless, when Archer gives out, the last
remaining relic, her own skull, will detonate in a massive conflagration, surely taking her killer with her.

    Background
Saint Ursula was a British princess who was martyred by the Huns in Cologne, Germany. She is honored along with her entourage of 11,000
companions, including her own handmaidens. However, Ursula is not included in modern hagiographies due to unreliable accounts and the
difficulty of separating fact from legend.

At the request of her father, the king of Dumnonia (modern-day Cornwall), she set sail to marry her future husband in Brittany. However, a
storm appeared and whisked her ships to the coast of Gaul, and Ursula declared that before her marriage she would undertake a pilgrimage
across Europe, and was joined by her handmaidens. It is doubtful that she was accompanied by 11,000 people at the start, but rather that
she was joined by more men, women and children on her journey. Legend says that the archangel Raphael appeared to her and told her that
God desired to save those who were defenseless before the invasion of the Huns. Raphael became Ursula's guide, instructing her to prepare
her companions for a holy death as warrior-brides of Christ. The archangel considered it better for the women to die innocent rather than
live lives of horror, surrounded by the Huns' violence and savagery.

As the Huns laid siege to Cologne, Ursula's small army confronted them, imploring them to leave in peace. Not able to scare the women away,
the Huns surrounded them and massacred them all. Ursula herself was shot by the Huns' leader. Centuries later, a mass grave of thousands of
people was found outside Cologne. A nun blessed with visions confirmed the bodies to be of Ursula and her 11,000 virgin martyrs. Above the
grave, the Basilica of St. Ursula was erected. Inside the current church is a room called the Golden Chamber where the surviving bones are
displayed, arranged in spirals and Latin words commemorating the holy memorial.

The Archer class Servant before you is a Phantom formed from the 11,000 maidens killed by the Huns who has taken on the identity of Saint
Ursula. Resolute and energetic, but despite what the legends say, not fearless. What started as a coy way to avoid an unwanted marriage
went from a joyous tour across Europe before ending brutally and abruptly at the hands of the Huns. Archer abhors violence and death, but
has no qualms about using her macabre Noble Phantasm to defend herself should the need arise. The only ones who have earned her hatred are
the savage Huns who massacred her peaceful companions, and should Archer encounter any of them, vengeful rage will take hold of her.

Ursula: That's quite the macabre NP for a "good Christian girl" Servant. I like it. It also occurs to me she'd have an odd compatibility with Kairi regarding the whole "shooting dead body parts as projectiles" thing.

I was actually going to write a snippet of her and Kairi confronting Altera but that got scrapped.

    well, i am here again

it is so bad not being able to post things here (stupid old and crazy cellphone), there is so many new sheets to read. better start to catch up.

    assassin: Le Maître chat
    fc:
    Str:D, End:C, Agi:A
    Mna:B, Lck:B, Np:C+
    Aligment: chaotic/good
    Gender: female
    Height: 173cm
    Weight: 55cm
    Place of origin: france
    Armament: claws, ghost fire
    Likes: comfort, fish, mices, master
Deslike: dogs, ogres, small closed spaces, being in debt
Talents: deciving people, wealth gatering, mice hunting
    Natural enemies: master's enemies

    skills:

Presence Concealment(n/a): this is skill is lost in favor of the "espionage"

golden rule (gratitude)(A+): represents assassin's abilities to gather money not to herself, but to her master. the effect is boosted if she feels in debt with her master.

animal dialoge(A): assassin can comunicate with animals because... she is one, why would she not?

mana burst(ghostly flames)(C): not an original skill of assassin, but of the phantom she was fused with, it charges her attacks with a supernatural blue fire that cannot be extinguish by normal means.

Espionage(B): this skill does not conceal one’s presence, but rather makes one's presence fail to register as hostile. This Skill causes others to misunderstand one's status, including mistaking one for a kind neighbor, a harmless pebble, or as the most beloved person. The effect is lost once the user attacks.

    noble phantasm:

Marquis de Carabas: i'll tell you how great my master is (support: C+):
the effect of assassin's noble phantasm is the empowerment of her master.
from the moment assassin call its name, her master turns into a existence similar to a pseudo-heroic spirit. they are giving the skills Charisma(D), riding(D),alluring nightingale(C) and magic resistence(C).
once assassin activates the noble phantasm, its process becomes inreverseble and permanent, so while she tends to use right after being summon'd, she will always ask for permision first.

lore: assassin identity is that of Le Maître chat, more commonly know as the puss'n boots. as a phantom, to be able to manifest as a servant she combine with myths of the nekomata/two-tailled ghost cat, which change her saint graph drastically.
"Master Cat, or The Booted Cat", commonly known in English as "Puss in Boots", is a European literaryfairy tale about a cat who uses trickery and deceit to gain power, wealth, and the hand of a princess in marriage for his penniless and low-born master.
the reason for assassin's current aparrence is an influence of the people vision of the nekomata and his associacion with the cutural fenomenom called "catgirls"

    personality:
assassin gives of the impression of a clumsy and ditzy girl who is "a innofensive and cute cat", her true nature however is that of a very smart and cunning trickster who rarely shows its nature. the only thing she does not fake, is her loyality to her master.
assassin likes freedom and open spaces, this is because she is still "a wild animal at heart", she is still, however, still a servant and will never abandon her master. she is not above tricking people, but cannot support being in debt and will always do her best to pay then (if it does not cause problems to her master that is).

Pretty good going. He suits the class well, I had originally envisioned him as a Berserker but with a False variant of the skill to represent the act of it all but you've put that to rest here. I agree with Spoony that Mad Enhancement EX would be more appropriate given the nature of the character. You also added Prana Burst and Revelation - two skills I originally believed to have not fit the character - to function quite well here to.

A very creative take on the dude, props to ya.

The whole sheet shows the character as very macabre, without even taking the NP into consideration and making her a conglomerate Phantom works out quite well here too, like what I did for Arsene Lupin but you pulled it off better. I would have picked the second FC myself given the nature of the portrayal you constructed nicely but I'm as subtle as that herd of buffalo that ran over Mufasa in the Lion King.

Ah, CaS's love hate relationship with GO. On one hand, GO provided a lot of possibility and flexibility for Servant making and better chances to get your favorite figures in canon. On the other hand, when that character doesn't click to you, either by design, NP and personality, it make me feels salty as fuck.

A couple of my Servants have shown up too (Tomoe Gozen, Hippolyta, Columbus, Muramasa and Fuuma, if you're interested), but alas none have much in common with their canon incarnations. The only thing I can say is that I managed to predict Columbus as a villain, but given his RL history that's not a particularly impressive achievement.

    - - - Updated - - -

P.S: Now that Rider Columbus is officially out, I'm half-considering a remake of my old Columbus sheet. To avoid clashing with canon I'd write him as a Lancer with that Class emphasizing the "founder of America" aspect of his legend (and the American flag spear as his primary NP instead of the ship). Santa Maria would become his secondary NP, perhaps just letting him summon disembodied anchors rather then the ship itself.

    Any thoughts?
