I am getting ~90 cats per car par runs = 1800000 QP per 40AP, I wonder which one is more efficient

QP daily can give more, but it's not very likely. Cat farming is the best for average gain purposes, especially since you're getting ghost lanterns and rider rubies every so often too.

I would drop Emiya, as he lacks his strengthening quests. Mashu is good to use because it frees up your Cost a bit, allowing you to stack more of the party-wide Power Up bonus CEs.
