Im glad they did how they did with Kohaku route
Imo itll actually be weirder to do Kohaku route before Akha or Hisui
^^
oh wow, look at those Nobu's private collection
Will the Protype versions of characters like Shuten and Ibaraki become shotas?
Koei has nothing to do with Prototype.
Can't really say I can see where you're coming from, since the most times people forget the really great parts in the beginning, like Sakura and Shirou talking in the evening about their lives so far (that guy who said Sakura disliked Shirou's ideal must have missed that scene) about, or, and this is particularly damning for people who claim to really like Ilya, lots and lots of good setup for building her sibling relationship with Shirou as well as giving us rather important hints about the war, the Third, and what's to come in the first six days.
Far too many people get surprised at things that get foreshadowed really early on or outright forget whole scenes that explain or show why certain events happen, which is why the majority of the opinions you get are "Sakura is cray-cray, Ilya and Kotomine carried the route, Shirou is somehow a different person despite much of his actions being reflective upon what we've seen in earlier routes".
Really, too much happens from beginning to end. That is why condensing all that info into three movies is gonna be tough.
So many misconceptions are made about the route it's not even funny:
1.) All Sakura does is faint and sleeping, she never does anything.
False. She does quite a lot, saves Shirou twice at particular harm to herself, and argues about helping out whenever she gets the chance, despite her condition. Not even mentioning the fact that in spite of all the "Sakura hates Rin" stuff, there are tons of scenes where she very honestly tells Shirou what she thinks of her, the good and the bad and her insecurities.
2.) Saber dies off quickly.
False. She died almost halfway into the route and has particularly nice scenes before she gets assimilated.
3.) Cooking scenes memes
Let's face it, this is the stupidest misconception of the bunch, considering that we've all seen throughout the game itself that Nasu loves some food porn.
Ironically, the scenes where the characters just sit and neat have really good parts to them some dismiss. Like Sakura losing her sense of touch, taste, and other human functions showing the problems about being the grail before she was even revealed as one.
To be honest, it mostly sounds like a reactionary thing to say HF doesn't deserve it's accolades because so often route comparisons end up as little more than "my favorite is great, and yours has all the flaws" (despite the fact all three have good and bad points) and people get pissy when they see that often.
