Background:
A exemplary Magus that would have certainly earned the title of Grand if not for secrets of her magecraft being revealed. A level of mental magecraft progressing through her family's lineage until it finally treaded into taboo in her generation, she was rewarded with the greatest honor that the Clocktower could give and so after fled the country. Currently working through back-channels to have this 'reward' returned, her lack of political capital has made this slow going but she remains hopeful.

: If one were to think of familiars and ravens, one's thoughts would immediately go towards the ever-watching pair used by the Norse Skyfather to observe the World. Of course, recreating the familiars of a Divine Spirit would be an impossible task even in the Age of Gods but if one were to settle for a shell of that power and possessed a artifact linked to those familiars, then perhaps such a great working might be achievable.

A creation of that level would possess great mystery that places it far above the normal rankings of familiar-crafting and offer a variety of benefits but unique to these familiars would be through their eyes, the granting of Clairvoyance with a level greater than expected for this depleted age of mystery. It was hoped that this would allow one to observe the Era unlimited by distance as the Skyfather once did, but reality has fallen somewhat short. Still the ability of limited prediction of the future, mind reading as well as vision that can encompass a small country has been accomplished.

: Surpassing the recording properties of Western Crests, the thoughts and memories of previous contractors has been saved within the two familiars. By linking with them, a new contractor can gain the knowledge and mind of the previous generations to use in a format similar to mental partitions of Atlas Alchemists. This transfer of consciousness can also be used offensively to send the minds of those struck by 'Huginn' and 'Muninn' into a Shadow Land using the principles of ravens as ones that carry the souls of the dead. In effect, those struck are sent into a coma.

Name: rōzu anarandayè
Elements:wind and earth.
Alignment: lawful chaotic.

Backstory: rōzu is the last heir to the anarandayè family and thus the successor to their priced magic " youthful Embodiment" an ability which serves her well, as she uses its ability to reep revenge on the Catholic Church for murdering her family, using her ability she killed many key members of the church by integrated with there children, or by useing her appearance to cuase them to lower there guard.

Personality: she has cold exterior, and in many ways is similar to kiritsugu In which she shows no emotion during combat, but in truth she is deeply disturbed by her family's death, and during a time when she decided to live with a girl in order to to get close to one of her targets as the women was having an affair with her target, altho the women did find out she agreed to help rōzu as the target was using blackmail to force into the affair. She revealed her feelings to the women and often spent nights crying in her lap, rōzu admits that the time with that women was probably the best time she had, and she got to live as a normal girl and even attended school for two weeks. And was genuine sad when her target finally gave her the opportunity to kill him, she almost considered quitting and cuntuneing to live a normal life, but decided her revenge was more important than a normal, thou she secretly wishes for a normal life.

Appearance: she appears to be a six year old girl, although her actual age is sixteen, her appearance is do to that of her magic. She has red pig tailed hair, with green eyes, and her demeanor is always child like.

This magecraft allows her reverse her age, and progress it up to her actual age, she can go as young as 2, but this will not be her actual age. she can only regress her age by 14 years, so while she would have a prolonged life, she is not immortal. The cost is her strength is halved ,and is cut by three fourths if she regresses past the age of five. Her actual strength is that an Olympic level athlete.

Ore forging, A.
She can forge anything her mind can think of, out of any ore such as iron or nickel she can touch, she often creates knifes, and gauntlets, anything crafted will wigh completely nothing to her, but become to heavy for anyone else.

Background: when he was young boy, he witnessed a terrorist placing a bomb in the hotel he was staying at, when the bomb activated the resulting fear caused him to unlock his magic potential, he actived a very crude magic shield created by pushing his mana outward, it was extremely weak but saved his life. As he was created as Mage by an explosion it is an explosion which is his origin, utilizing his origin, he has killed thousands of people in his sip tic rush, and his dream is to cover the world in one big explosion.

Personality: he is fully psychotic and Believes explosions to be the very representation of gods will and wraith, and thus seeks to turn the world into one, he has no interest in love, family, or even money, only choosing to eat and drink so that he can fulfill his goal.

Backstory: the order son of machthalter house, his sister was chosen to be the heir of the family insted of him, due to the low quantity and quality of his magic circuits. While he did not care about the position, he did get sad for his sister as she will not be able to married the man she loves. Without many things to do, he end up doing what he Likes the most, reading and helping people

Personality: he loves to learn, loves people, loves the world and loves to learn about people and the world. A pacifist at nature, he belives that if a conflict cannot be resolved by talking, it is not worth being fighting for, however this do not meaning he will not fight and can be very dangerous when angry. He is very skilled in various topics like cooking, housework, painting, acuputure, self-defence and composing. He cannot, however, sing to save his life

Abillites:
bibliotheca Alexandrina: all the knowlegde in the world
A reality marble who is the cristalization of his love for knowlegde, it takes the form of a gigantic library/maze filled whith every single book that Existed / will exist in the history of humanity. It may as well have the answer to the meaning of life or the origem of the universe (he insists that is 42, wharever that means).
Books he has enconter in the real world can be summon at will even outside it, otherwise the search must be manual.

Virtus possesor: he who presides over power
While he would never use the magecraft of his family (macht halter, a brain-washing technique that forces your will into people), he uses as a base of his own magecraft. It works on the following principles: there is things that change the world, knowlegde has power and knowlegde is manifests itself throug words, therefore words have power, because knowlegde and power both change the world, he can change de world with words. It only works with one or maybe two words at time and is not something he can spam all the time (reality-warping is no trivial matter).
It was dubbed <fake magic> by a certain obsever of worlds, he especulated that it has the potencial to become the 6th true magic, the TRUE true magic, but cecil dont get it.

Familiars:
Arquimedes: a bronze owl statue from his "artistic phase" that he later turn into a automato, his Personality is that of very strict, but very caring menthor, while he likes to give long "lessons" to cecil, the true is that cecil has more knowlegde then him. He is, however, more centred and perceptive of other persons intensions, saying that "cecil reads books, i read people". It does not have much combat capabilites but can be a exelent spy due the invisibility dispositive install within him

Belona: a enormus dragon that cecil can only call upon in his reality marble, it is a high rank phantasmal beast, barely bellow the level of divine spirit. While usualy would be impossible for cecil to summon a dragon with his mana and circuits, he is able to do it exploring a loop hole when a: dragons are treasure guards and b: there is no big treasure then knowlegde. He calls her librarian-chan and insists that it is a female. She can become very angry if shout in the library or make a mess with the books

Varian Benfran: It took me a few minutes to realise you were referring to a Sealing Designation, this is otherwise a solid sheet that makes sense once you realise she isn't trying to obtain Huginn and Muninn. It is quite a powerful Magecraft honestly so the only other thing I think I should add is that it should probably be mentioned that she might be limited in other styles of Magecraft, as such the additional possession of the offensive Magecraft makes her seem less like a Mage on the street and definitely one befitting of a Sealing Designation.

Rozu Anarandaye: Although it is tropey you have developed well upon her personality, the "Deceptive Innocence" and "Ore Forging" appears a bit unnecessary. Ore forging especially is very similar to Projection Magecraft and though I can understand it's place she seems like some troubled Shonen FMA style Love Interest. This aside her main magecraft "Youthful Embodiment" is quite well done, it makes sense for a Mage in the Type Moon Universe to possess this and it can be seen as a potential "Path to the Root".

Nestor Asmon: See you had progressed with your previous sheet but this is a mild regression, it's okay but serious review of the process you took to make this sheet would help with aiding in future sheet creation. The only thing about this sheet that is remarkable is using blood for the Magecraft but really it could be more developed. Sorry.

Cecil Machthalter: This sheet is imaginative but in many ways, after all you done a good job on the personality and background. Although it falls somewhat flat in the case of the abilities. Bluntly put this guy has enough power to be put down for Four Sealing Designations. The first ability alone is incredibly powerful and makes him Sealing Designation worthy, although the development of the Reality Marble alone is doubtful enough. The second ability is Age of the Gods level of Magecraft, which in theory should be sealed off from the regular universe. The Owl familiar would be okay despite it having Presence Concealment, describing it in a weaker light would aid in making it seem more believable. Finally the dragon is difficult to believe, what has been used are obvious loopholes and it makes his ability seem somewhat lazy. Sorry.

Backstory: Ranulf's father had a sealing designation, and Ranulf didn't have the best of childhoods because of it, constantly on the run and being included in his father's experiments as both a test subject and assistant. He was basically nothing but a living piece of lab equipment to his father. He found companionship with the dead, and took to reanimating corpses and animals to commune with when he needed a "friend". As a teenager, Ranulf sold his father out to the Mage's Association, and became free of him, but the experiences of his childhood left scars. He has since continued his studies in Necromancy and evocation.

Personality: An average person on the outside, Ranulf is a textbook sociopath, manipulative and cruel, but also hot-headed and prone to making mistakes. He worries and frets over pointless things and is generally quite high-strung.

Abillites:
Necromancy: A skilled necromancer, Ranulf has a particular fondness for using animal familiars instead of zombies and the like. He combines his genetic material (typically blood, hair, or nails) with his necromancy, allowing him to impart his Scavenger origin on his magecraft. This lets him summon a completed necromatic familiar from even the smallest chips of bone or clippings of fur (as a scavenger can make use of any part of a carcass for sustenance). He can even use fossilized remains to summon familiars of prehistoric creatures, such as terror birds and marsupial predators from the Cenozoic period.

Evocation: A fledgling skill, Ranulf can generally only call up the spirits of whatever familiar he has bound by his necromancy, as of yet.

Bounded Field Magecraft: A particular talent of Ranulf's, he can create bounded fields to hem in or bind others. Most skilled in the use of barriers, he is very capable of defending himself. However, he is weak when it comes to offensive applications of his magecraft. His basic strategy is "summon familiars -> trap target + familiars in bounded field -> run the fuck away."

Familiars: Necromatic familiars are common, though he favors scavengers and carrion birds.

Well, i gues its my fault to not explain.
Even with all the abilities cecil has he was not seal or one reason, the mages view him as weak.
He was born with odd and "poor" magic circuits and refused to use his family style of magecraft, his pacific nature made the other people to dub him weak. He was alredy living by itself when his reality marble show signs of existing and whould takea few years to him to develop Virtus possesor.
But confess that the idea to bibliotheca alexandrina came from archer. Hell, remove some things and you can call it unlimited books work
the thing is that only a few people know about his abillites (his pacific nature being one of the reason) and one of this people is *Zelretch* who has show a kinda like favoritism for him
and about the name, macht halter means "power holder" in germany who is Virtus possesor in latin

Also you mentioned loop holes, that was my intension, because of his organic way of thinking and his lack of magic circuts he found out that the only way for him to be a competent magus is by exploiting the the conection betwen logic-reality and logic-cognition. Basicly, he cheats.

It's especially striking given the Library is one Servant I've done some work on remaking. What do you mean by total recall? Eidetic memory would certainly fall within the reaches of Magecraft, if that's what you mean. Especially since it's an ability some people come close to having in real life.
