hello guys a question can someone know translate from japanese to english or know about one fansub to do because, I have the heaven's feel manga raws where I stayed and I would like to know if someone wants to continue it, sorry for the inconvenience

Firstly, your English is pretty poor but it sounds like you're asking for someone to translate the HF manga for you, which you apparently own, so if I'm reading this post wrong let me know. Secondly, you'd do better asking in one of the threads in our translation subforum, it even has a thread for the HF manga. I'd suggest looking there, but keep in mind that it's pretty silly to zoom around the internet asking people to TL manga for you for free. It isn't at all against the rules to ask people to TL things for you, but don't get your hopes too high.
