From what I understand, the monolith brainwashing only works in Moon Cell since it is a virus attaching itself to victims made from data. In reality, it just gives Karl the idea to stop fooling around and begin conquest for the greater good in earnest. He did that in real life Nasuverse via Charisma and realpolitik.

Virus works through blue particle, and if you look at unregistered saint graph icon in FGO it's basically it. Chaldea also employed spiritrons to rayshift. So I'm sure both the blue particle and spiritrons are in reality. From the way Tamamo and Archimedes put it, this blue particle is related to the 量子回路 (quantum circuit), it's computing term. In Moon Cell the human order foundations are called quantum time lock as oppose to in magic world, so the blue particle might go by a different name in reality as well.

Beside, if Dimitte can even destroy the human order, yea it clearly not just something exclusive to the Moon Cell. I mean, if the best it can do is assimilate all life currently on SE.RA.PH and is useless outside the cyberworld, there's no way it can fuck with the human order. Also Dimitte was said to be incomplete and was only completed with strengthening from Moon Monolith so I would assume that it is a thing in reality for Karl as well, probably represents his effort to unify all and would also brainwash ppl to his side. Watched a few extra battles. Most don't have much story to them but there are in-stage lines that are pretty funny. The "Dream Team of the Moon" Extra battle is basically versus Tamamo, Nero and Altera. Nero claims that they formed the strongest team on the Moon while Tamamo said that she's not in her original form (fucking tease again) she's still able to do something and Altera wonders what's the team name might be. Nero calls Tamamo glass cannon and praise Altera's strength. Once you finished the battle you unlock a costume for Altera.

What happened in the side event Tamamo Revolution? Just wonder why it happened. Was it just because of something silly?

Just watched that extra battle. Archimedes got his hands on a Fake Tamamo and a Fake Gilles so he is testing some perfect strats with the Caster servants. He let Fake Tamamo spams her NP to strengthen the entire army of Moon Cell's attack programs and the tentacle monster Fake Gilles summoned. He also joined the combat as the boss of the stage. You simply kill the fakes and gave Archimedes a nice asswhoopin'. Support NPCs for this stage are Altera and Liz, with Nero supposely the leader of the operation. So yea, it's silly stuff and fox never got virus or went back to Extella bs dun worry.

Reminder to people upset about Karls' Charisma Rank, of all things, that chansons de geste!Charlemagne had lots of trouble with faithful knights turning rebellious (arguably more than King Arthur, even) and was out-charisma'ed by Ganelon of all people, leading directly to him losing his beloved nephew. Although Karl is the non-romantic version of Charlemagne, isn't he? Well, it's hard to compare a historical person with a fictional one (especially one with as many versions as King Arthur), but Arthur's unification of Britain was such an inspiration that knights from all over the world came to serve under him, and Nasuverse!"Arthur" specifically is stated to have been such a majestic leader all her knights felt unworthy by comparison.

That said, I like this "virus" NP Karl has. Seems like a perfect representation of Charlemagne's conversion by the sword practices.

True, but the fact it needed to equate to Charisma EX, instead of just giving him Charisma EX implies that the qualifications for Charisma EX are very specific, if accessible in the first place. Bhudda might have much more powerful Charisma than Gilgamesh, but since he doesn’t fit the bill he’s stuck with A+.

Honestly the rant I've seen recently are Gil being a clown, Scathach got Oracled, Karna got Oracled, Jeanne got roasted, etc. Basically complaints about Top Servants summoned by Moon Cell to stop Karl all either jobbed or got Oracled except for Arjuna and Artoria.
