Oh Waver, so tsun. +1 for Want of a Relic. I should really go through the rest and do my set of recommendations.
+1 to For Want of a Relic. Shit be good. Some interesting character development combined with a hefty dose of well written action gives it a solid recommendation.
I'll join in the "for want of a relic" love, a +1 from me.
+1 for "For Want of a Relic". The different master combinations are all kinds of refreshing. Gilgamesh, Irisviel, and Kiritsugu in particular are a wicked fun group to watch. That is to say nothing of the main characters. Lancer is definetly a better character in this than he was canon without feeling OOC at all. And Waver is developing in a pretty interesting way having a Servant who supports him in his personal growth instead of dragging him kicking and screaming.
+1 to For Want of a Relic. It's really well done, especially Waver and Lancer's interaction. And the Saber/Kirei pairing, I expect many good moments.

I was just about to recommend For Want of a Relic, only to find that someone beat me to the punch. Damn.
I just found it today and read it in like less of an hour. And now I play the waiting game once more. At least it looks like it updates rather frequently, but the chapters are short.
