... wait, wait. Are you saying Dracula is Jewish in the novel, or just that that would be a thing to happen in GO?

I would advise you to study discourse and learn to discern a shitpost in a sea of profound posts more reliably.
But in case it mattered, Dracula is definitely Jewish in the novel, but he's also likely not Vlad Tepes at all and they just called him Dracula because it was a cool name you'd give a nasty guy like both Vlad the Impaler and this immortal vampire satanist wizard are.
To further murder the joke by explaining it to you, Ashkenazi Jews suffer from a variety of genetic diseases, to which reliable treatment has only been found recently. If you know anything about medieval medicine, you know that they tried plenty of stuff to cure them, some of which had worked for all the wrong reasons. One particular illness, the Tay-Sachs disease, could have been helped by ingesting blood, since blood transfusions weren't really a thing yet. Obviously, if someone in the Middle Ages saw a jew drink blood, they would freak out. This is an example of real-world syncretism: folk back then saw two things that look the same, and thought jews were literally vampires.
In the context of Nasuverse studies, syncretism refers the habit of the writers to take two cool things and combine them into the same thing, which vastly reduces the amount of coolness involved overall. Suggesting that Nasu makes Vlad angry about being called a jew is a joke by juxtaposition of something that is boring and lame for something that is horribly politically incorrect. I hope that makes sense.
Who are the Servants that you CAN'T take seriously for the life of yours?
Nero
What does it mean, to take something seriously?
To read/watch their material and not think 'this is retarded'.
In that case I have some bad news

So... Tamamo Cat, Kintoki, Beni-enma, Boudicca, Xuanzang, Astolfo and loli Jack (not counting Pseudos nor divine spirits and weird shenanigans)
The lowest clocktower rank is called frame because you can put anything inside of it.
Did I already mention my hate for Lancer Artoria?
Oh, and also Emiya Alter, is the kind of thing that seems to me like we can make him MORE edgy, but I not hate him actually? not from the buttom of my heart at least.
If you take any of the thematology of this forum seriously I have bad news for you
...He says as he racks post after post of arguing about the dumbest minutiae imaginable.

Somewhat more on arbitrary topic, I like it when joke characters like Cat or Liz or Astolfo shed the "I'm a joke lololol" cocoon and actually prove why they're exalted enough to leave a record on humanity's colloquial memory. Sadly, that mostly only ever occurs in fanart.
I dont think Ive ever heard Cat doing something like that
I think a couple times she talks serious stuff about the Tamamo Nine that will eventually be important for Koyanskaya's characters, but I guess that's as far as she goes.
Liz passes in Extra. The point of the character is that she is pathetic, but she can try to overcome it. There is a big irony going on with Liz and Nero's writing, in how they're pretty much the same thing, except Liz is meant to be hated by the reader, while Nero is meant to be loved, and it works out much better for Liz, so you can make your conclusions.
Astolfo also passes. It's Heroic Spirit Vaguely Gay Ridiculous Adventures Guy, like how Gilles is Heroic Spirit Pedo Cultist Guy. They're what's written on the can.
Tamamo Cat even in her serious scenes exists to provide some sort of exposition about Tamamo, as if to admit that Tamamo herself is not well written enough, or not complete enough, and must be retroactively redacted. She fails.
