I wanna know what Jacky looks like, since long ago I thought about him as a Servant.

From what I understand, Mr. Whitechapel there doesn't have a set appearance, since no one figured out who he really was.

So he looks like whatever you want him to look like.

... I just thought he had several appearances, not none at all.
