I love animals. I feel bad that they have to die for me or have their children taken away or get hooked up to milking machines and just generally live shitty lives for my convenience.

Lmao. I've switched over from a vegetarian diet to a full on everything goes omnivorous one. Never felt better.
Their misery is far out of mind. Just have to maintain your own dignity when you cut em up for eating.
Well this conversation nosedived.
If you're lazy vegan is actually easier than vegetarian because the base assumption behind a vegan meal plan is that you will eat basically anything so there's lots of premades.
The problem really is just price, like if you have seitan every other day you're gonna get poor as shit quick so I hope you have a decent income if you plan to do this.
Just eat meat.
Not today, Seitan
Vegan food sucks ass most of the time so I cant do a vegan meal plan, and it's also less efficient and requires you to eat way more in pure mass which I also can't do. If you're already used to both of those factors it requires barely any adjustment.
Vegetarian meal plans are way harder to find too because fitness guys either go full vegan or full meateater.
What about
eggs?
Easy to go full meateater when the cleanest meal option is a straight up porkchop.

Not to mention the sheer number of calories you can pound with a smoked brisket burrito.

Really the only thing I'm really envious nutrition-wise is chicken breast, I could stuff myself with that for years cuz it only needs like a finger of chili salt and lemon and it's perfect. Otherwise it's really just a problem of eating more mass-wise which usually works when I work out. If you just want to eat high calorie density trash you have enough vegetarian options but you can't beat chicken breast no matter how hard you try.
vegetarian
If you think about it, Buster, what's wrong with the chicken breast?
That's not very feminist of you.
