It's really hard to tell but that doesn't look like Saber to me so I understand, but I really don't remember a scene with Shirou being submerged. For this question I'll hope someone else who's seen it can answer better.
Visually there's nothing at all to complain about in this movie, unlike Prisma Illya's. This is probably the prettiest and most exciting ufotable film I've seen, although it helps that it was on the big screen. I mentioned earlier the bit about how a small part of True Assassin vs. Cu was possibly cutting costs but it's negligible and really is not enough to criticize, it's still the prettiest fight in a film that has many decent ones. Although what I appreciated the most was that it wasn't chock full of battles.
