Imagine practicing electoral malfeasance cause you're worried about some fee-fees. What a banana republic is the US.
Fwiw, Decision Desk has already called tho
So has the secret service. If you didn’t hear as soon as Biden passed el presidente in Pennsylvania, the SS immediately declared his house a no fly zone and sent additional agents to his detail, functionally granting him the same level of operational security as a sitting president.
It's definitely trending blue, so the feeling is one of inevitability. From what I've been watching, it seems that the main issue is the quantities of outstanding provisional ballots that -mostly- still haven't even begun being counted yet. I feel that Georgia will be called overnight/Saturday morning -baring the coming recount-, Pennsylvania is going to get called tomorrow while I'm at work, and than perhaps Nevada as well though I think that'll likely be Sunday along with Arizona. Fuck I've been like an addict keeping my eyes glued to my phone or my monitor as stuff updates each day, it's worse than gacha addiction! D:
So Trump's chief of staff Mark Meadows, the man that's been apparently the most supportive in feeding the narrative of the election being stolen - has tested positive for COVID-19. A bit sad that it's happened because it is unfortunate, but dear god if that isn't some sort of karma than I don't know what is.
Looks like we're just about officially there, some outlets are now starting to declare Pennsylvania for Biden, giving him the electoral votes he needs to win the presidency.
sweet, sweet schandenfreude
So what will exactly happen when Trump wants to take it to the courts?
Probably very little; with massive voting events like elections - especially this one - there are always going to be small amounts of people frauding the system, there's no way to deny it, it will happen. But the total amount of any fraud is irrelevant; it could possibly matter in Georgia where the difference in votes is still in the single thousands, but it isn't going to matter anywhere else where the difference in votes is 10, 20, 30, 40 thousand or more. There may be action in 2021 to alter or update election processes going forward, but most of the cases that Trump and his legal team are trying to push in are going to get tossed out of court almost immediately.
The fact of the matter is if there were any significant, massive amount of fraud, it would have shown up by now. It never made sense in the first place either; Biden has pulled ahead in all of these key battleground states and is now President-Elect, but the Republicans are likely to hold onto their numbers in the Senate AND they gained seats in the House of Representatives. If there was some sort of conspiracy out there to put Biden in place, than why didn't the Senate actually flip, or the Dems gain more seats in the House? It just doesn't make sense. :|
I don't remember which state it was but at least one judge has already thrown his case out.
I mean if you want to go that far the fatality happened like 3AM yesterday morning but the game froze up and only just now loaded the animation
Just remember, Bernie would have won
I'm not celebrating a Biden victory, I'm celebrating a Trump loss.
Ding dong the bunker bitch is dead
