It's okay. They are blaming the guy for taking photos of their actions. Anything goes in the name of freedom and democracy.

Despicable stuff from the main forum used by the rioters.
This is what happens when your protest agains imperialism is co-opted by another imperial force.
Would you like your collar in red and gold, or red, white, and blue :umu:
And the Presidents of universities are now singing a different tune now that rioters have walled up in universities. They call for government departments to 'aid' them, but immediately claimed they are asking for students to leave and not calling for police aid once the rioters took note of the news.
On other hand, Chilean protesters are ultra based.
Holy shit
roger stone is going to jail.
...I really thought the slimy little snake in the grass was going to be able to lie his way out of anything but a lesser charge or two.
Inorite. Guilty on all seven charges. Wonder how bad this is going to be for Trump himself. I mean, he can pardon the guy, but...
But will Trump pardon the guy?
Trump has traditionally declined to pardoned his cronies, preferring to distance himself from them instead (I have a theory he doesn’t want to risk a situation where the Supreme Court limits his ability to pardon people for his own personal benifit)
that said, this is roger stone. If there was ever someone more likely to get a pardon or commutation of sentance...
If he does, it'd look horrible, especially during the impeachment process. Really, the visual already is bad. Not that either bothers his supporters.
Meh, I do think the same. That said, Adam Schiff still sounds like a complete asshat and if Biden takes the nomination (or Mikey does instead) then the Democratic Party is dead.
That's what I'm afraid of. I personally hope that everyone opposed to the current administration's policies will get up off their asses and vote Dem regardless of what gets the nomination, but I'm increasingly seeing that somehow, people are more concerned about the particulars of the theoretic incoming administration (things that could be debated and changed after a victory), than they are about actually winning in the first damn place. It's mind-boggling.
Oh it's not a complaint about talking policy. That's a good thing. The problem is getting so wrapped up in policy differences that people end up letting something they consider a worse result happen because they're butthurt. The old "cutting your nose off to spite your face," thing.
Policy discussion is itself great. That's how you address the merits and demerits of any given idea, especially if it's a well-informed discussion. It's productive. The problem is when you get so invested in what you'll do after you've won that you fail to win in the first place.
^ Policy put a Dem in charge of a red state. Yes, policy still matters, even today.
Semi random thought: If you don't vote, you're not allowed to complain about the result
tfw you don't get a vote cause you're a virgin territory (though I do get to vote on the primaries, at least)
