Since we are on the subject of the animes, it is X number of days of me still asking for a Blue Destiny adaptation. One of the best Gundam series and it pains me to see it languish in obscurity. They at least gave it a CGI snippet opening in one of the fighting games.

(Blue Destiny starts at 09:09)
The thing about Stardust Memories is that it's 90% great, but the ending has characters pulling 180s out of nowhere.
Wing is a bit like Jojo, where it takes itself completely seriously but whats happening is so stupid you just laugh. And then at some point you're taking it seriously too.
I say Wing dialogues is the worst in all Gundam TV series.
It's sequel, Endless Waltz is good though.
Or G Gundam.

Now that I've pissed a good number of people of, I wouldn't even say that Wing is that bad. Now, it isn't particularly good either, but its self-seriousness is very similar to JoJo, which honestly adds to the charm.
And just like in JoJo, most of the main cast even act like complete psychopaths, so it even has that going for it!
I can't speak much about Victory, but how SEED and AGE character talks with each others are made sense and easy to follow to me. My problem is not just Heero, I dislike how almost every discussions involving the five MCs that doesn't involve Zeech and Treize sounds awkward.
EDIT:
I honestly can't see Wing and JoJo as the same. How JoJo characters act feels intentionally ridiculous, same with G Gundam. But Wing, I feel like they want me to watch this seriously without any irony. At the very least, they managed to do that with Endless Waltz.
Heero loves to self destruct we almost never see Wing Gundam in good condition.
Ok, those surprise MVP scenes are fun/cool

Not yet complete so would be interesting to see the rest.
Everyone else already said it but yeah, CCA is A Mess. The only real conclusion that I've gotten from it is that people becoming Newtypes doesn't mean they'll automatically become better people- but there were far better ways to express that than with Quess. The finale is somewhere between pessimistic and a cliffhanger that never gets directly resolved.
My first Gundam show, the one that got me hooked on the rest of the franchise, was Gundam Build Fighters. Dunno if you've seen it, but while it's much closer in setting to the likes of Yugioh or a traditional Shonen Jump manga it's also heartfelt, earnest and just a lot of fun. The sequels vary in quality, but if you ever want a break away without breaking away from Gundam entirely I'd recommend it.
Otherwise yeah, I'd recommend some mix of Unicorn, Hathaway, or 00.
I'll probably get into builders after I see some other shows so I can recognize more suits.
Though I'll probably never finish it, to be honest. I always overestimate how much I can still enjoy children's shows and end up dropping them early on. RIP Ghost Game and half a dozen Precures.
FWIW, Build Fighters is nothing like Ghost Game in that the plot is not serialised and is constantly moving forward each episode, at quite a lick too so unless you really don't like it, I doubt you'd get bored at least.
It's less to do with the episodic format and more to do with the tropes and characters of shows for that demographic. GG and Precure were just recent examples.
I'll try it out anyway though, eventually.

Nice premiere episode.
Though it started to feel kinda' like one of those school isekai episodes in the later half.
Suletta pulled Camille and Kira in one episode, based witch.
More than school LNs, this is mire like Gundam Utena. Consider Okouchi’s debut as a writer was Utena novels.
