Boo, linear narratives are for the birds
This is actually a pretty difficult question. I could really see a biopic of Chiron as he raises generations of hero after hero, from children to adulthood, only to watch them lose their lives one after another. The journey of the Argonauts would make for a good comedy-adventure. The life of Alexander the Great, fraught with triumphs and errors. Nobunaga's saga from Fool of Owari to near-conqueror of Japan. Galahad and the quest for THE Holy Grail. The tragic story of El Cid. Lots of stories to tell out there.
I'd rather write such a thing myself tbh
Richard's quality as an option depends on how many chapters would be dedicated to his mother's insane King Arthur fanfiction. I honestly could take more than half of the screentime being that.
Oh, I didn't answer my own question. Fate/Hundred Years War when? Alternatively Richard, John, and Robin of Loxley.
I didn't answer either. My pick would be Moriarty. There's endless potential good plots to explore since he doesn't appear in the Canon all that much and it's not very often that we get stories about the other side of crime mystery.
Helena, mostly as a way of getting a peek at everything surrounding Helena's life that's not Helena.
why'd they pick her from all the gypsy fortune tellers of the twentieth century and what the hell is that sheet I require answers
Is Aštar Šeran canon in the Nasuverse?
Cyka Blyatsky was a mistake. Perhaps no clearer sign exists of the degeneration of the concept of the HS since fate stay night
Never again is Berserker Lancelot going to do anything creative or visually interesting with Knight of Owner. He's forever stuck referencing Fate/Zero with jets and machine guns.
Huh, I never looked at it that way.
He had an extensive showing with many opportunities to display the fullest extent of his abilities during even outlandish context like what's been mentioned.
Unless the issue is that you haven't had enough.
I like him a lot so the more the better. It's just frustrating that he had such a great showing in Zero but now they just do it again.
FGO could have done more than guns in his animations for example.
Extella has him using For Someone's Glory which is great, but when playing as him the most interesting thing he does is use Arondight Overload or his pole from Zero, not very creative.
Not to mention that his "Noble Phantasm" is the jet in both. I can understand that's very iconic so I wouldn't even mind this last part if they did better with his regular attacks.
Oh, when you put it like that I totally understand what you mean.
I guess the problem is that he lacks any sort of basic attack pattern to follow outside of F/Z and if you're going to give him the pole and machine gun already then why not give him the jet as the NP for the full package. Still doesn't excuse the lack of creativity I know.
Would be cool if he had a move where used KoO to steal the enemy's weapon.

It's a shame FGO didn't go for Fragments' version of Jekyll & Hyde. Would have been cool to have a werewolf unit.
