Maybe the one with Arc going Gigantamax? Perhaps All the World's Evils from the UBW anime could have gone a similar way if it hadn't been stopped. Also Arc can overwrite her surroundings texture-wise, meanwhile Goetia was going to overwrite the world with his own version by getting rid of everything and making a humanity that's immortal no? Maybe these are connected in some way?

Well Arcueid's Luminous body is a function to "format/reset the planet" (惑星を初期化し), and what she shows is something could no longer be called Authorities.

Alien God in FGO uses the Fantasy Trees to "format/rest the planet" (惑星を初期化し), and whatever alien was doing is something beyond the Authorities of even chief gods.

Alien God also originally wanted to use one of those trees as their body.

I'm not saying it is the thing, but the parallel is there.

It rather Alien God connection, it also overwrites Texture and also speculated to be attempt to create a Type-Earth (as Arc's Type-Moon).
