That would honestly be beautiful, especially if there is a Tsukiverse Kirei who somehow awakened to his inner sadism. I wonder if said Kirei might have voluntarily turned to find new ways to inflict pain on others. Or might he remain a human because of his rather strong moral compass, but take joy in seeing the sheer despair in his colleagues?

I think her line to Shiki about how something is wrong with him to be OK in the face of that hell says something. It seems more of a mixture of hatred towards vampires and stress relief because the church is shit. Also, if anything, her inferiority complex would play a part too. She specifically picks on the weak because she herself is weak by the standards of those around her. So that incident and her life since probably nurtured some sense of injustice and inequality by the strong.
From my view, it seems that Noel becomes a sadist and racist because of her past, the stress built up by pairing with Ciel, her hate towards vampire. She uses her occupation to perform her sadistic behavior towards vampire by confining and torturing them. However, during her fight with Seven-Ciel, I view that she just wanna acquire more power as a proof that her act as an executioner is just, and wanna surpass Ciel to show that she is capable of doing the job than her in exterminating vampire, which is then clouding her to resort to vampirization (the irony, tho). At this point, calling her sadist is not entirely true, but it can't be denied that her action towards vampires are going too far, as Mario often criticizes her about it.
Also, it is interesting to see that she tends to obey (or force herself to do so) her superior, tends to look down people she consider to be weaker than her, and if that particular person is a vampire, it gets even worse (as seen in two of bad ends in Ciel Route). She comes as a one complicated newcomers in the remake, and somehow I can't seem to hate her behavior too. Even her defeat strucks Ciel too, which made her apologize numerous time she needs to be comforted by Shiki.
Honestly Noel was a great character lol. Very well done I think. She was really a perfect compliment to Ciel's route.
Yeah, too bad that in these two routes she is portrayed as it is. Maybe later we will get to another portrayal of her, since sacchin route is now official.
I also really liked Mario. I'm super excited to see what they do with Mio and Tall Black and Bandaged. And Arach. Though most of all I hope they bring in Kouma for real. Feels like the perfect setting to really bring in some KT Nanaya/Tohno lore.
Well, Kouma clearly needs to be featured in Far Side. Maybe we also will have a glance of Kiri and Makihisa. I am also curious about Gotou and Mio involvement in Tohno circumstance too. Arach, well she is a potential villain already. Who knows that Far Side will be longer than Near Side considering that they need to present three remaining heroines + sacchin.
