The leopard actually saved Shiki and it didn't have any particular interest in Arc.
It also brought Shiki back to the Tohno mansion after he passed out from fighting SHIKI and Noel, so it's probably going to be something related to the Tohno family. Unless the latter part of the Ciel route reveals what it is.

2) ORT is in the list because he killed a DAA in the first place. He probably inherited that DAA's Idea Blood.

Hard to tell, but pretty sure there's a surname after Altrouge on that list. Whether it's Brunestud or not is the actual question; but if the list is outdated and she's actually out, then the point might be moot. Could be saved for something in the future, but that's pure hopeful conjecture from me.
