It's Arcueid's combat uniform then. Looks dope.
So Vlov has two weapons for two elements. Cleaver for fire, and lance for ice. Though maybe it's unrelated.

So far really enjoying it. The Arc snuff scene was fucking brilliant. The effects are really KINO. You can feel the breakdown and the atmosphere dripping. Really Nostalgic so far but also very 'new' so ya it's great so far. The new characters are interesting in how and when they were introduced. Leaves me with a lot of hopes and expectations for the Far side and further near side as you go on. VA is great all around. I'm loving Shiki's character. How long since we had a real protagonist lol?

I'm really glad arcueids 2012 dress was repurposed. Ciel and arc now both get casual and battle uniforms lol

The backgrounds during Shiki and Aoko talking kind of reminded me of the old ones. They were very pretty.

Most likely reason why he isn't here is probably out of respect for Jouji, since he isn't gonna voice him anymore, which I greatly appreciate if it's the case honestly, even if I'm bummed out that he isn't gonna appear.

So basically 6 vacancies in the 27 ancestors because 6 idea bloods have either been destroyed or sealed.

Also ignoring those 6, Nrvnqsr looks like he's just gone, but since the idea blood doesn't sound anything like the above ones, he probably had a successor.

That is weird. The Nero battle is a significant event in the story. Why is Jouji Nakata not voicing him anymore? Is it because they've decided to not reuse old voice actors for this remake?

The Nero battle may be significant, but not for Nero himself. You can replace Nero with any other DAA without really changing anything in the larger narrative.

I suppose that's true. Looks like he may have been replaced by the new guy. A little unfortunate because Nero is a cool character, both in ability and design. Though the new antagonist doesn't look bad either.

He's 67, and upon reflection, I think it's good for him to choose not to die in the middle of his career. Also, we can live without a bunch of the other greats who've left us recently, I think we'll do fine without George.

One random thing I've noticed, but it seems that in Fate vs Tsuki worlds, only one Aozaki sibling is relevant in each. All the Tsuki world works have Aoko, and in Fate world works, it's just Touko and no Aoko in sight, not counting Clock Tower 2015 and Mahoyo.
