I fixed the images issue, there's some incompatibility with cloudflare and the current vb version.
When it times out do you get any error messages or it just forever white screen? If possible I need a HAR please DM it to me, do not post it anywhere that can be accessible via public method.
If you know how to bring up the Chrome devconsole, can you see if there's any warnings or errors? If so can you post them? Make sure there isn't any personal/identifiable data on it. If you're unsure...

edit: It is possible there was some old javascript cached by the CDN, I've flushed it and see if it still happens.

It was a bit different from that, the inline images embeds was throwing off their scanner. I've edited the posts to remove it. There was other URLs it flagged and I deleted/edited those as well....
