I always use characters from other works as my party, so all the character relationships are already in place.
I especially like what they say when they're confused. I don't remember what Racoona...
Here are my thoughts on classic mode:
1) Way easier than story. "You mean instead of just having defensive formation, I can have defensive formation, song and dance of holy protection, and strength...
Finally beat story mode. 1st last boss was probably the hardest (I think I lost 4 or 5 times before I finally manage to pull out a win), 2nd last boss would have been easy had there not been wrong...
...Is there any way to stop calling Frederica by her nickname? I didn't think it would have such a... permanent effect.
I can't use anything that requires multiple turn set ups like that. My Highlander can't survive 2 hits right now, so if he gets hit once, I have to break pattern and defend, or else I'm risking his...
I only managed to beat Fenrir by cheating and spamming mass items. And I'm currently grinding to level 30 so I can job change my Highlander to a Troubadour and (hopefully) beat the 2nd boss.
...
I'm getting killed by the first stratum boss. I might have to grind a bit before I try again.
According to the stat chart, Lands and Highlander are 2nd/3rd in terms of HP and VIT. Survivalist is 5th in HP and 4th in VIT. (This trend seems to hold true for all levels)
I don't know how it...
I'm scared that the evasion will fail, and then the survivalist will get 1-shotted by an FOE or something. I mean, the highlander is supposed to be tankier than a survivalist, and I think every FOE...
I mean using a survivalist to draw enemy attacks from your other characters, instead of using a protector to do it.
I'm too scared to try that, though. I'm going to stick with a protector.
I finished reseting everyone's skills to what they should be and got them back up to level 10, so I'm ready for the real game now.
Is there anyone out there brave enough to try survivalist tanking?
From what I gathered reading the wiki, the # of slots/level of the skills in grimoire stones are mostly dependent on character level (though the max level is determined by the # of points the...
Sorry to crush your dreams, but I think the Gunner's elemental shots are all STR based, so that probably won't be very effective.
You can't directly register a new highlander/gunner, but you can register a different class, level him up to 30, and then change his class to highlander/gunner.
The only way I'm managing to beat these boulder boars is by spamming brain rend and hoping for an instant kill... Somehow, I don't think that's the right way to beat them.
Eh, did Allied Bonds get changed? I thought it was supposed to restore TP, not HP.
When a character changes jobs, their portrait stays the same. So you won't be able to see Fredrica in a dark hunter outfit or anything like that.
But anyway, I was just kidding. Though the part...
Even Tlatchla (probably didn't spell that right) is excited about job changing. Her profile says she's an alchemist on the mobile site.
Wait, I'm confused. So are grimoire chances only for 1 character/1 enemy, and not the whole party? And what are grimoire equipment bonuses, are those like masteries?
Edit: I don't have the...
Probably slowpoking it here, but floor jumping sounds nice. I hope it doesn't mean that there won't be poles...
And I guess I'll have to finish story mode before I start classic. I was kind of...
The skill is "hero kills an enemy --> party gets healed". Of course, he needs to sacrifice the party's hp to do his most powerful attacks...
Binding, elemental shots, healing, fixing bad bed hair... Is there anything she can't do?
The question was phrased in a very "this isn't going to be in the game, is it..." type of manner. Maybe it was a rumor from the original or something? Though I really don't know at all...
I was reading a FAQ, and what is the "reconcilation with the forest people route"? (If it involves spoilers, then please don't answer it.)
Now I'm kind of hoping that they give Arthur some stupid ability that costs 0 TP. Like a random chance to regain TP or something, but most of the time he just does nothing.
