Alaya's got Counter Guardians, and I know that Primate Murder is the Beast of Gaia, but who get to summon Heroic Spirit? And by summoning, I dont mean magus summoning. I mean an uber-summoning done by the World to protect the world. But which World? Alaya or Gaia?
Alaya. Beings that are closer to the Gaian world are Divine Spirits and Elementals.

Do we have any canon examples of Elementals? I remember Arc being called one (or being compared to one), but I don't remember where.

So... Alaya got access to Counter Guardians AND Heroic Spirits?
That seems a bit weird.
Wait.... wasnt Heroic Spirits that become Heroic Spirits by him/herself also closer to the existence of a planet?
I don't believe that Heroic Spirits have a place in the Gaia vs Alaya conflict unless they are Counter Guardians or were influenced by the Counter Force in life.

Counter Guardians are Heroic Spirits.
And the counter force of the planet would be the True Ancestors.
You can call it pseudo-deification of a sort (or not, because on second thought that can be confused with the actual thing). Still, "self-made" heroes are still champions of humanity, so to say, just not Alaya's playthings.

One of the prerequisites for being a Heroic Spirit is worship from humanity. That alone ought to tell you something.

Well, since from complete materiale, it is said that Heroic Spirits is closer to planet, and are categorized as Divine Spirits and Elementals. That fall on the domain of Gaia.
It's also said that Heroic Spirits that aren't Counter Guardians are treated as traditions that lend power to the later people.
So I sort of assume Gaia has access to non-Counter Guardians Heroic Spirits in the Throne of Heroes.
