The rest of the city looks fine. And it's strange because it's only in Caren 5, (Caren 1-4 it looks ok), and the Bazett scene. Why would it be like that, and only in those scenes
I imagine it's due either to the fight between Lancer and Gilgamesh or there happened to be a destroyed church in the third war that Avenger saw before being eliminated.
The nazis tried to take out Risei by bombing his Church, but that only made him walk dramatically through the flames.

I'd assume so. I think Medea does have A-rank spells, but I don't remember which exactly. I just assumed it was the one in the Archer/Caster fight, because of how Shirou was going on about how these ten-count and ritual magicks were being performed in a single step.
To activate it, one needs a simple magic circle and a "ten count", a spellcasting of more than ten verses.
Because great magic is strong, casting it takes time.
A normal magus would take about a minute to cast such a big magic.
Even a magus that could use high-speed casting would take thirty seconds or so.
But she did it in an instant.
She didn't even cast the spell, but just pointed her wand. And she's shooting them off in rapid succession. I can't even think of someone who could compare with her!
