This has been explained pretty clearly but:
1) Nothing is impressive enough anymore to count.
2) People aren't able to garner 'worship' from humanity these days.
3) Modern weapons/technology make everything too easy.
We've established some evidence pointing towards real people being needed to make HS's based off previous servants but no actual solid proof as far as I could tell. Please tell me how I'm wrong about this in excruciating detail if necessary.
