Machines do not lose their worth when a newer model appears.
Their worth (life) ends when humans can no longer bear that purity.
Thanks phenoix for this.Masters who are the summoning masters, imbue their own prana/vitality into the Servants through their path.
Although Heroic Spirits are beings that have powerful prana, the amount of prana which is imbued from a human’s Master Degree after all is miniscule if I speak about percentages, and Heroic Spirits can’t operate without a bit of this prana.
Either way doesn't this mean all Servants are kinda like Saber?
They use the prana they get from their master to burn a giant pool they have.
How else would you make sense of this?

Master Degree? Like an MBA?
Sounds like the exact same thing as the game.

Master is the physical anchor, without which most fade pretty quickly unless they have certain skills.
What if they went to a trade school? Can any sufficiently skilled laborer qualify as a master? What if they dropped out? We need this answered in the next Q&A.
"We have entered an infinite recursion of Saber."
You mean I was the only one who got that impression with scenes like what happened with Hassan and Caster and I've been deluding myself the whole time?
Oh wow.
