Considering how IA works, she probably couldnt see well enough for it to be worth it slapping a tornado in her face. Plus that would probably also make breathing rather... Impossible.

Avalon can be used by pretty much everyone since it's effect are passive (for a lack of better term). It's just that Saber is the only one who can fully use it.
As for Invisible Air, it's actually Merlin who created it to cover Excalibur. Imo, if he were to use it directly on her, her magical resistance would make it useless.

Well, kinda, since it could still affect Shirou pre-Heaven's Feel V but my point still stand: it can be used by pretty much anyone , while the effect is stronger the closer Saber is.

Was Shirou affected by Avalon pre-HF? Only thing I remember is that one injury he got when he left the archery club. Was it stated to have healed abnormally fast?

There was also that dead end route in Fate where Shirou tried to reinforce her and she literally said, "Okay, I'm turning off my magic resistance now so you can try this dumb shit."

side note, warming Saber's heart is apparently less effective then giving her a noble phantasm that upgrades her magical energy and makes her all but functionally immune to large scale attacks.

Not that she really need to since she can walk on water.
By the end of that scene though, she can beat shirou in more then 10 races in a row without using her prana burst. Mostly because she had already made him race her 10 times, which is totally moe.
Can someone tell me how Heracles is able to enter the Assassin class?
I mean, I know he did use a sword from killing Hydra, he used a bow, he did ride (a) chariot(s) and he used a spear in Shield of Heracles to kill Cycnus.
