Pretty sure he was designated to be sealed ages before that island thing. Otherwise there'd be no point in living out in the middle of nowhere.

I never said "due to exposure" now did I?
Localizationing stuff
I find the idea amusing that the clocktower's sealing would be based on pure blatancy. Like Shirou getting sealed after he pulls the clocktower in UBW to watch a stream of him taking on Gilgamesh. Or Shiki getting lost in the clocktower after being chased by Lorelei so he just starts killing the walls until the entire place starts collapsing and Gazamy gets loose.
Its been a while since I played the Arcueid route so I don't remember but does Arcueid visit the mansion and talk to Akiha? or was that only in the anime?
The priest was waiting for the arrival of the princess, who was only an enemy of all of them.
For the priest, the golden princess was the one and only main heroine.
Everyone else was unworthy of his respect, no matter how strong they were.
Tsukihime 2 Prelude III
Weirdly enough, yes, actually. Akiha doesn't like arc calling her "imouto" (yeah, CP didn't make that up, arc apparently nick named Akiha little sister and stuck to it) but also some win quotes and dialogue note that arc seems to like lazing around the tohno mansion when she is bored, even if shiki isn't around, like some blond free loading foreigner.
oddly, arc seems to install a sense of simultaneous annoyance and hope in akiha. It pisses her off that shiki is dating arc, but the sheer fact that he is also proves shiki is willing to bone a vampire. Since, you know, akiha happens to be a vampire, that's information akiha doesn't mind having.

Machines do not lose their worth when a newer model appears.
Their worth (life) ends when humans can no longer bear that purity.

Just think of Akiha but with a glove and a nun outfit. And you're good.
