The percentile chance of Uro going "I want a Berserker who is also a fucking ninja" before coming up with Eternal Arms Mastership as the justification is somewhere around 100%

Lancelot's EAM comes from being a guy who was supposedly peerless with any weapon iirc. Hercules invented an attack that hits 100 times at once for his bow then applied it to every other weapon that exists.

No. It comes from an inborn ability. The level of that ability is at the point where the ability's owner is said to be the greatest of his era.

If anything I think Herk's rank would be even higher because unlike Lancelot he actually conquered his insanity, and EAM's components are body, mind and soul, in all of which Herk should exceed Lance.
