You can generally assume that someone with A AGI is in some ways faster and more mobile than someone with B AGI, but there's not any hard and fast rules as Mew pointed out what with Cu and Medusa all possessing A AGI and Kojirou with A+ yet Cu is cited as the fastest of them.
Localizationing stuff
CM3 also has a bit talking about Artoria's rank C vs Cu's rank A, depending on the situation she can move faster than he can.
So compare ranks and +'s don't really matter?
