How strong is Ozy with just Meseket? The reason I ask this is because every time Ozy is brought up in the Badass vs thread it immediately goes down to how his opponents would survive his temple, which has been proven time and again to be absurdly broken. The thing is though that while powerful I don't really see Ozy just busting it out every time considering his ego, I would honestly think he would only do so if he had a good reason.
So with this I'm just wondering how powerful of a Servant Ozy is with just his boat, and since I've only read some of Fragments I don't have a good idea. Any clarifications on how much damage he can do with just his Solar Boat and if it be more manageable to win against him?

While not nearly as broken without his temple, his boat's beams were capable of killing Hyde, who iirc was a problem to put down and fought the three knight classses evenly-ish
