Kinda, we know what have been labeled as Divine Constructs, but there have been plenty of NPs where it's ambiguous whether it is or not.

Hey we know archer (EMIYA) can't project divine constructs right? But can he project true ether? The magical energy from the age of the gods. Like could he project Balmung? Because it has a jewel filled with true ether. But it's not a divine construct as far as I know.

Balmung wasn't going to be able to hurt Achilles which Divine Constructs can do so yes Emiya could project it. I don't know how True Ether would affect that.
True ether is what gods are made of. Even the types and the crimson moon are composed of true ether. If you’re talking about Achilles' defensive noble phantasm, then only an Anti World NP can destroy it, which is Ea.

Achilles's immortality can also be bypassed by Divine Constructs.
Also True Either was the mana that was abundant in the atmosphere during the Age of Gods, not just what they were made of.

but that doesn't mean a true ether beam can hurt achilles

Machines do not lose their worth when a newer model appears.
Their worth (life) ends when humans can no longer bear that purity.
Doesn't it? I mean except for Ea he is able to read the history of other divine constructs like Excalibur, that's means they were still made from materials from earth. I thought the only thing he lacked was the true ether needed to forge them.
SE.RA.PH doesn't even have magical energy yet EMIYA does even better there.

Also Emiya can replicate Divine Constructs if he has the materials and backup (wrought Iron apparently) like what he did in the Moon Cell, tho what he made was still highly degraded. But even without that, if I remember right Emiya can still do Divine Constructs as long as he has the assistance of the original owner if what I remembering right.
Also can Emiya even replicate True Either? I thought that was something fairly hard with Para needing his NP to make a fake version of the stuff.

Shirou in the normal end of HF projected a sword similar to Excalibur. He wouldn't be able to do that unless he knew at least a bit of its history.
