Kind of odd though since the Holy Grail isn't the literal holy grail of Christianity, just a wish-granting device with the name slapped on. Surely other culture's mythologies have the concept of a wish-granting something-or-other?
It's not the real Holy Grail yeah, but it's borrowing it's concept. That's why it's called the Holy Grail. Thus those limitations was built in like only Western Servants or that Rulers must be Saints.
