Actually it's not. Really Artoria does have a good chance of beating Charles because at most I would think Joyesues would be equal to Excalibur, at most. We already know she's superior to him in melee. While I don't think Charles losing is clear cut, he would definetly find Artoria to be a challenge

Nope those are just machinery he made with Item Construction.

I mean Archimedes' does have a 2nd NP, we just don't know any details of it other then he used it to bind Altera and that it's Anti-Fortress. It's really a pity the Extella don't talk anything about it. I have hope that maybe if he gets into GO they will discuss it there in their mats but who knows.

He doesn't keep it since every new grail war his memories resents to only when he was alive. That is that would normally be what happens. If he's fighting in a war that allows him to keep memories like the Singualarities or the Moon Cell I don't see why not he wouldn't keep it.
