No, it was explicitly stated that Muspelheim IS Surtr's body. Flame giants are spawned from his body also.

Probably because one of his skills is specifically his poison weakness.
Much like Okita's Weak Constitution.
Still bugs me that Tristan is the only Servant with a Skill expressing his weakness for what killed him in life. I mean, Heracles died of poison too in his legend, yet he doesn't have a special Skill for it.
It bothers me too.
He should just be weak to it inherently, without the need for a skill.
It makes me question the whole weakness to what killed them stuff regarding other Servants.
