Requiem says the Holy Lance of Longinus is actually a spear and we've already seen firsthand that Rhon is an actual lance, so even if there is a connection, I think we can confidently say they are not the very same lance.
Well MoC didn't TL it as saying they were the same thing, just that they were regarded in the same light. That could just as easily mean they were super special pointy sticks in their own right.
Hope more Requiem stuff gets released and TL'ed.

Through syncretism in later Mediaeval Romances the Bleeding Lance of the Fisher King and the Lance of Longinus became the same object, yes.

It's a replica in the same way that Theseus's ship was a replica. All the bits have been replaced over time.
