Nero gets a mat entry that explicitly shows why she answered the summoning.
Same reason for both Tamamo and Nero, they fall for you because you don't hate them after learning their identities.

It's not(?) At least as far as I remember.
At the end of Mahoyo Alice "recognizes" Soujuurou as a person who is now part of her life, but that can have several meanings I think. I at least always interpreted that for someone who lived in a philosophy of life guided in which any relationship was unnecessary to her lifestyle as a Witch, and even things like friendship with Aoko could be seen as obstacles for it, she simply accepted that the Sojuurou entered hers and Aoko's life was something very significant for her as a person. During the Epilogue there is even talk that Alice at the turn of the New Year is waiting for both of them while look at the window, not only Aoko, but waiting for both to come back after the conversation with Aoko's Grandfather.
But it's my interpretation, I don't know how far it is right or wrong, or if I ended up forgetting any details or some quote about it. Although I don't really remember.
No there is material that expressly mentions the two get together.
I think its the Character Materials that mentions it.

Soujuurou isn't even mentioned by name in Alice's CM entries, he's referred to as "the third person"

Inside Nasu comments for the "Potete dormire, ma nessun rida" side story (it should be set after the events of Mahoyo 2, if I remember correctly) it's heavily implied that Alice has fallen for Soujuurou, but he is still oblivious as ever.
