Properly speaking, she is a Heroic Spirit that appears not a Servant, but as a special guardian.

She seems to know who Archer is in FGO, so I always assumed she was post-UBW Artoria who became a proper Heroic Spirit.

On several occasions I've seen people talk about how Chaldea summoned Anastasia canonically before Lostbelt 1. Can anyone confirm that?

I know she's showed up in events that seem to take place before the events of Part 2, but there's a bunch of other factors that make placing those in the timeline difficult. I've seen some speculation that it's an alternate timeline situation where those events occur instead of the lostbelts, but I'm not sure about the veracity of those claims either. I think her interlude might also contribute to that idea?

The fact that nobody in Chaldea recognizes her during the Part 2 prologue and LB1 would contradict this, but that could also just be a main story/event divide or just sloppy writing.

Some thoughts to add. There are several accounts that give Fionn a definitive end. Most of them involve someone named Aiclech mac Dubdrenn beheading him in battle, but one account has Fionn killing himself. In that account, Fionn tried jumping across the River Boyne, but failed and ended up banging his head on a rock, after which he fell into the river and drowned. There's a slightly different version where Fionn hitting his head on the rock is what killed him and his body was washed away by the river. Either way, Aiclech later found his body and beheaded him. There are people and creatures that can survive in Irish mythology (and other Celtic mythologies) after their heads have been cut off, but Fionn wasn't one of them. And, at least from what I can tell, there don't appear to be any 'going away to Avalon' equivalents for Fionn among these accounts.

All that said, the myth of Fionn and his Fianna waiting to return is pretty popular, so it's really bizarre for Type-Moon to not use it.

An oft-mentioned aspect of the Drake mythos is that of his ship, the Golden Hind. Not only was it the flagship of Drake's fleet, it was seen as a symbol of hope and a source of miracles.
The exploits the Golden Hind made possible elevated Drake (known and feared by the Spanish as El Draque) to a level on par with King Arthur.
Both are said to dwell in Avalon and "across the ocean", the city of the dead, and will eventually return to lead England to true glory.

If one were to define a world-changing entity, then this ship would undoubtably fit such a definition.Drake's ship, the Golden Hind, wasn't just a single ship, but a symbol of hope which accomplished miracles.
This is also the reason why El Draque (Francis Drake) was sometimes equated with the Once and Future King of England, King Arthur.
Namely because they are those who return from the realm of the dead (Avalon, far across the sea) with promised victory for Britain.

It's not really wrong, per se. It's just that the way it's written in EXTRA I think it's easy to read it as "they are both in avalon, and are also both across the sea", whereas the parenthesis in the JP there is just meant to be a list of their respective places, sort of like how when you read news headlines they always omit conjunctions and just list stuff using commas and you just kinda need to understand what is referring to what.
