In their world, humans do not grow old. However, once they return to the real world, that dream-like price is paid in one breath.

No no. Tír na nÓg’s fairies are natural residents of those lands, so it's not like another world, Diarmud.
The world of the fairies…the hometown of fairies is an idle dream among this planet, like a characteristic of a Bounded Field.
Be it a beautiful dream, or a nightmare, what matters is what nature these fairies take.
