Altamira Cave in Spain. The theme going on for Velber seems to be ancient Rock Arts, and the Saharan and the Altamira rock arts are from roughly the same period (14.000 years ago) and they have similar pastoral styles which means that they probably originate from the same culture.

Oh right, Extella Link specifically referred to the Val Camonica Rock Art for Karl's shenanigans. Though, I swear the Altamira Cave thing is mentioned in Velber lore as well.

Amaterasu did have some sort of trauma from Sefar, right? From there, my personal headcanon path of the white titan was probably she landed somewhere in East Asia, over Japan, across the ocean to the Americas, then over the big pond, destroyed Atlantis and then the vague stuff happens in Europe. The various location will probably be explained with 'the excaliblast scattered her parts across the world'.
I think someone on this forum mentioned an inspiration from the theories of Graham Hancock and colleagues, claiming the existence of old advanced civilizations and stuff. The theory that 14kya a large impact in Greenland led to the big catastrophe that burned America and caused the big flood that is part of almost every mythology gains steam and evidence each year. It is remarkably convenient with Sefar, so the landing spot could very well be Greenland.

Wait, so what was all the known impact of Sefar?
- Machine gods destroyed, leaving their terminals behind to become the Olympians.
- The Sub-Bells of the Beginning forged Excalibur to take Sefar out.
- The path of destruction left by Sefar coincides with the Sahara today and parts of her remains were scattered in the French Alps and presumably further in Eastern Europe from which Earth's Altera arises.
- Other gods are known to have encountered and fought Sefar, but definitive casualties are unknown?
- Cave paintings left behind by human tribes are basically all that mark humanity's recollection of the conflict?

- 80% of the planet's surface was destroyed (if Sefar is stopped normally). All landmass on the planet completely wiped out, only marine life and those in the other dimensions like reverse side...etc...managed to survive (LB6) if you fail to stop Sefar. 80% of the planet's "Future" collected and observed by the Moon Cell are deleted due to Sefar hacking. If it was not stopped then you can imagine the rest.
- Odin used the remains of Sefar to create the Valkyries.
- Ares' mecha remains drift to Japan, taken by the Genji clan to create several super robots like Kintoki's Golden Huge Bear and Tametomo that served as their secret weapons to fight yokai and wars.
- Mesopotamia gods made a deal with her that she spares them, in exchange they will help her out once (fulfilled by Gil in Extella)
- The gigantes are bunreis of her.
- Tamamo got PTSD
- The ability to grow into gigantic form during the genesis era of the planet (such as Tiamat's titan form) were no longer available for the gods (according to Quetz).
- Animals got turned into megafauna by the void cells, and corruption of gods and other beings alike.
- Critical moment that began the downfall of the Age of Gods.
It was always weird to me that the Mesopotamian gods were able to negotiate with her. It kind of went directly against her mission.
Maybe it was thinking of a "I'll kill you last" thing?

Given that Atlantis was presumably destroyed by being absorbed by Sefar like she did with the other landmasses in LB6, I wonder how many mythological continents existed prior to 12,000BC.
Atlantis was supposed to be the spaceship the Olympians showed up on, if I understood that bit correctly, so "depends on how many continent-sized alien spaceships happened to be conveniently lying around".
shit BL says
Once and always and nevermore.
Possibly not a spoken agreement given how Sefar seemed to communicate, but perhaps more a show of mercy at the right time? Hard to say, it's possible if Sefar saw some other pantheon as a greater threat and simply put the Mesopotanians aside for a time.
Lemuria? Shambala? Shangri-La? There's plenty of mythic lands that supposedly exist here on Earth that have faded from finding with humanity's expansion, so it could very well be that many of them were obliterated along the way with whatever regional cultures that nobody can fathom the disappearance of.
Wasn't that Gilgamesh's father negotiated with her rather than the gods or am I missing something so Gil could be born
The implications is Gils dad did it on behalf of the pantheon
I don't know if Lugalbanda has ever been referenced by name in Fate but it was explicitly Gil's dad that did the negotiating with Sefar:

The Sumerian Kings List says Lugalbanda reigned from 3400-3100 BC so either he was alive for a long ass time before his reign or his reign was way longer in TM, because Sefar's attack was a whole 9000 years before that.
Yes. That’s most likely also in his CCC backstory but the first source I could find was the glossary page for the Babylonia anime https://anime.fate-go.jp/ep7-tv/special/word/
