A: From his late twenties to early thirties.

I think it's probably pretty well-accepted (especially with how it's portrayed in the anime scenes and all, I don't exactly recall if it's mentioned at length in the VN) that he dies shortly after signing the contract, so "late twenties to early thirties" would be the span for his death as well.

Q: In Saber Route, Shirou did not encounter Archer's Reality Marble "Unlimited Blade Works" and certainly did not learn it. If he were to train and attempt to develop it by himself, how long would it take?

A: Ten years to master the basics, another ten years to become proficient at it.

Since we know that Archer doesn't come from one of the FSN routes, but a "variation of Saber's route" (CM3, p.130-131; UBW Animation Material II Q&A) you can perhaps assume that the Shirou that becomes Archer never encountered UBW before that and thus he would take 20 years to master it, which puts him at roughly 38 years of age. Of course, there's some leeway here, as well.

Safest bet is "in his thirties".

Why didn't Goetia just kill about a million people (or 7 servants), store their souls in one of his grails and then use them to open a path to the root to attain third magic and make everyone immortal? It seems much easier and less likely to fail than killing everyone over 3000 years of history and traveling back in time. Is he incompatible with the five true magics like Medea or something?

I doubt he can do that. And even if that is possible, that doesn't eliminate the inherent issues with humans that he felt pity about. Plus a timeline where he achieves that would just be pruned by the system. That is the very reason he has to dismantle the system and start from the beginning. His plan was to pretty much go back to when the timelines are not in place yet, the beginning of the planet, to become the new planet.

Yeah that last point is pretty much the only thing that matters. Whether he could or thought of it or anything doesn't matter at all, because no matter what the timeline would be pruned, so he had to dismantle the whole thing and start over from scratch.

She's a woman of regrets wishing for confirmation that she was not the best person for Britain, so she would probably keep herself away from politics despite her urges to act, until she takes Brexit as the last straw and launches her candidacy.
