Woah, so the gameplay elements actually have a lore reason behind them? That's interesting.

The priest was waiting for the arrival of the princess, who was only an enemy of all of them.
For the priest, the golden princess was the one and only main heroine.
Everyone else was unworthy of his respect, no matter how strong they were.

There's also Minamoto no Tametomo

I mean there is Frankenstein as well who is apparently not like a Homonculus by her own admission of hating someone comparing her to them and she still has wires and other mechanical parts to her...
Even in Danzou's case, she probably would be mechanical... if it wasn't for raising Fuuma like her own child.
Right so like a more expansive version of the 'non hominidae' trait then? That makes sense given how all the servants that lack the humanoid trait also have the non hominidae trait and it's another case where Summer BB is on the list, but not regular BB. I wonder then if it's basically 'has the non hominidae trait and doesn't consider themselves as part of humanity' or something to that effect. Britomart seems to have lived a sheltered life so might not consider herself a part of PHH. It's basically the same as demonic Beast trait which is another one that overlaps with the non hominidae trait but is more selective.
what if it's just traits guy forgot to check a box and no one noticed
Child trait is the most inconsistent one. It's like they couldn't decide whether to apply it based on appearance or behavior or actual age, or none of those.
To be fair, the game has at times heavily implied it's literally just a mentality the "child" servants decide to act that way.
I've seen like twice where EMIYA told them that if they want to act like kids, then they should behave like them or something similar.
Well at the moment it really just depends on who Illya sees as a child.
If a Vampire dies (including those lower zombies), do they disintegrate?
Not necessarily. Depends on how they die. Shiki and Church sacraments should result in something you could probably count as disintegration(Fading away, Returning to dust) Though mechanically what they do is wholly different.
so theoretically, if they are just killed physically, they leave a corpse then?
That's what happened to the dead Arcueid killed. Chunks of flesh remained.
in the original its claimed they disintegrate, its just that Arc didnt pay attention that 1 time and Ciel got to them and preserved them as minions to attack Arc the next day before they disintegrated
Looking back over some stuff in Olympus, I noticed a few odd things. Hepheastus mentions that Muramasa has been in the lostbelt for over a year, despite the trees having not rooted themselves for a year at that point. And then as they point out later in the chapter, the Lostbelts are supposed to be what roots the Lostbelts in the first place, simulating the missing history. Of course we already know that the lostbelts existed in some capacity before the trees descended on earth, as we had Ivan's guys show up in the prologue, before the world had been bleached. But the stuff Kadoc uncovers strongly suggests the order goes: Bleaching > Trees Descend > Lostbelts established. Kadoc himself goes along with this, but you would think that he would be aware if his Lostbelt existed before the earth was bleached, or did Anastasia just never tell him? I'm probably missing something, but it just doesn't seem to add up.
This also ignores the Caster Cu stuff but I think it's clear they made a lot of rewrites with him and anything tied to LB6, and it's an odd place in general so just treat it separately.
The second thing of note is how Europa mentions having saved up hundreds of years' worth of magical energy, but how can servants, especially PHH ones, be summoned when the lostbelt is completely separate from PHH, having been pruned, and doesn't actually exist at that point anyway? Could all the other Lostbelts secretly summon PHH servants for their entire history?
