In F/HF good ending Artoria Alter actually dies from taking damage when fighting against Shirou and Medusa. Medusa's Bellerophon deals so much damage that Artoria is lethally wounded and can't move but she can regenerate back, Shirou notice this and stabs her chest to kill her. She then dies. This is Artoria with grail giving her infinite energy or so much energy it akins to infinite.

In F/RL Mori got his head blown-off by Li Shuwen and he regenerates his head back, his Master specifically state that the reason he can do this is because he got linked to Japan's Ley-Line and take the energy to regenerate back. Even Li-Shuwen were shocked by that. Mori doesn't seems to have Battle Continuation skill either to make him stay alive long enough for a long regeneration, the regeneration is just so strong that he still lives even after his head blown-off

Question is, if Mori can regenerates his blown head to normal and live on with enough energy, how did Artoria who should have more energy from the grail, and despite taking lethal damage, still have majority of her body intact, dies from Shirou and Medusa?...Did she just choose to not regenerate or something.

A pretty good thing to note is that the GueaGuda universe explicitly does work on different logic than the normal, Main Fate works. This is usually mentioned to be about how all the Nobu related characters are seemingly different in the other timelines (Nobu themself most of all$, but also goes into even how the world works like Counter Guardians working differently.

So ultimately I wouldn’t take most GudaGuda events and lore and compare it to other Fate stories since it’s kinda meant to be it’s own thing.

Even besides that though you can probs make some assumptions, my guess is just that Saber’s Spirit Origin was directly damaged while Mori’s wasn’t yet.

Saber Alter can't control her regeneration, as shown by her lamenting that she'll recover to kill Rin if Shirou fails to kill her.

This is not Guda-Guda and its not even Koha-Ace anymore as its already adapted to Fate/RedLine and I am talking about how it happens in Red-Line. Mori regenerates his head from being blown via getting energy as according to his master and if Artoria can't control her regeneration that makes it more questionable. But maybe you are right, her SO probably damaged while Mori wasn't.

Not perfect but good enough explanation I guess

Redline is Gudaguda is Koha-Ace. Just like Prillya operates by its own rules as well.

It's gudaguda. It uses the Koha-Ace characters which we know from FGO don't match PHH (e.g. PHH Nobunaga was like, Evil Mikiya or something, not the crazy wacko we see in anything related to gudaguda).

Redline has the same disclaimer about it not applying to the rest of Fate, regardless.

Can Zouken even be counted as a Dead Apostle considering how expands his lifespan?

Nah he is actually considered to be fully human funnily enough.
The priest was waiting for the arrival of the princess, who was only an enemy of all of them.
For the priest, the golden princess was the one and only main heroine.
Everyone else was unworthy of his respect, no matter how strong they were.

Yeah it’s literally one of the first things Redline says

GudaGuda has been treated seriously (albeit with some not insignificant amount of gags) for a long long time now, Redline is just presumably in another timeline but the same continuity as the rest of the GudaGuda characters, and works on similar rules. But those rules are, explicitly, a bit different from normal Fate world rules (Just like Servantverse and Prillya). Or basically it means Nasu isn’t looking over the shoulder as the lore guy, so lore inconsistencies can happen a lot more often, or are sometimes even explicit for fun.

It really is best to try and not compare GudaGuda rules to the rest of Fate’s rules. I mean Redline starts with time travel via some random Mystic Code, that’s probably not something that normal Fate stuff would work with.

Dead Apostles can live forever provided they "Feed"

Zouken is specifically dying VERY SLOWLY no matter how much he "Feeds" therefore Zouken didnt cross the made up line to dead apostle

Let's says Sakura doesn't get adopted by anyone before Tokiomi dies so she stays as a Tohsaka with Rin... would have Tokiomi worries about her getting in trouble due her Imaginary Numbers be even valid?

I mean is even possible for her to end with a Sealing Designation if she choses to lead a normal life totally removed from the world of magecraft?

And even so, just being a heir does magically grant you protection againts those who seek to use you for experiments?

He wasn’t worried about her getting into trouble, the Tohsaka Magecraft just flatly isn’t well suited to Imaginary Numbers. She was just the worse heir to inherit the Magic Crest than Rin

Lev managed to lead a normal mage life without Sealing Designations and he is also an Imaginary Number mage. Shouldn't be an issue for Sakura.

Does having Imaginary Numbers even qualify you for a Designation? It doesn't even seem that rare.

Literally no, we have multiple people who have Imaginary Numbers as their element. It’s like a core designation. Olga’s maid had an Imaginary Numbers Attribute. It’s really not that crazy.

Yeah I do appreciate your love of theorizing Luciel but some of these are best done for your own fanfics or can be figured out through your own research man.
