Why does no one seems to remember or acknowledge Gudak/o can do substitution jutsu?
Since when can Shadow Servants Gudao summon can talk?...
Was Zouken respected in the Clock Tower or in general when he was still Zolgen and his family was still the Makiri?
I don't think there's any real reason why they shouldn't be able to. It's just that Guda isn't able to materialize them for long, hence why they're only ever used in battle. I'd imagine that if absolutely necessary, they might be able to summon one for a few minutes to get their input on something, but I'd imagine that there's a limit to how much information can be conveyed in the short amount of time they have. If they need a Servant for more than just fighting the enemies that are immediately in front of them, it's usually better to do a proper summoning.
To be honest, I don't think "ethical values" of the likes of Zolgen's are that unusual among magi. If anything, a common theme with certain magi is that those who possess talent and power often seem inclined to use them for what they believe to be the "greater good". They have lofty ideals, ambition to realize those ideals and a sense of purpose that compels them to believe that they are obligated to do so. Zolgen, Darnic and Kirschtaria shared this quality. Even less talented magi like Kiritsugu and non-magi like Twice feel compelled to achieve their ideals once they learn of the Holy Grail's power. The world is "wrong", and thus it is their responsibility to "correct" it. FGO has a lot of them as well.
Meanwhile, the heroes tend to be those with no wishes of their own, who oppose the usage of the Grail's power for such world-changing purposes.
Not to my recollection. Temporary Servants usually don't appear directly in the story.
If a the Holy Grail manages to grant a wish to a winner, would still be future rituals or with the purpose fulfilled there is no need for more?
I mean I ask since in Fuyuki there was never a winner and I thought the wars continued due that, or is supposed to always be there every 60 years forever?
But one thing I have a doubt: If Artoria dies in the Wars that she took part before reaching the end, her soul will not go to the Grail but back to Camlann? Thus it does means in those wars is impossible to reach the root as there will never be Seven Servants souls?
That was only the Fourth and the Grail was fucked anyway.
Not to mention that it did work in the 5th as Illiya demonstrated.
"Here's a bangin lil' tune about takin' on The Man!"

My guess is that it can re-manifest itself in the future even after fullfilling a wish. Technically nothing should stop it from refilling energy from leylines and become active again in 60 or so years, I think.
