In 10 years wouldn't Kiritsugu's Bomb contingency go off and destroy the Grail? I remember it being mentioned that he placed explosives set for a 15 year timer to go off to prevent the next grail war but he didn't anticipate the next war happening so soon.

Except Waver STILL has to shut it down 10 years after the 5th war. So until we find out that war ended anti-climatically with a Deus Ex Machina (though I guess not really since we already knew about it), good job at failing everything except saving Shirou and fathering Illya, Kiritsugu.

Who knows, you might get a entirely new Greater Source. All that extra magic energy Shirou's projections get has to come from somwhere. On top of that when he deploys it all his potential projections are all ready for use, even though that should be way more than he can make with his od supply.

There was another in a fanfic about Kanshou and Bakuya's authority slashing through a spell, but I can't find the exact quote.Originally, Ea was used to split apart Hell and Earth and creating the World (sic)... hence Enuma Elish. I think this: Gilgamesh doesn't have enough "authority" (urgh Fate/extra) nor prana to use Ea to its real max output.
I don't think I have ever seen that. Where did you get that? The only time I think I have seen authority in such a context would be in reference to Arc. And it is a literal, Gaia not allowing her to do something, nothing really abstract about it.
I find that quote kind of hard to swallow considering "Only I may wield this weapon", seems a little silly the King of Heroes wouldn't have enough "authority".

The reference to Gilgamesh, "authority" and Fate/Extra in one sentence is mystifying to me, I have no idea what that's about.
He doesn't have the stats to maximize EA, but I am pretty sure that's his only limitation, I mean, he uses it's world destroying properties all the time.
The mention of fanfics makes it sound like speculative mechanic on someone's part.
